TESTING OF VARIOUS TYPES OF TOOLS AND TACKLES AT MGHE WORKS

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Inspection, Testing, certification and assessment of remaining life of usage of various types of Pressure and Lifting Equipments, Tools & Tackles similar testing and inspection works as per factories Act 1948 and Factory Rule of 1969 of value not less than Rs. 1.55 Lakh. In proof of the above, work done certificate along with relevant work order copy issued from the competent authority shall be furnished.

The bidder shall be an authorized agent and approved by the Department of Factories and Boiler Inspectorate. The necessary copy of government registration number and approved authorization certificate for both tools and tackles and pressure vessels shall be furnished.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.3.10 Lakh. In proof of above, turnover certificate OR profit and loss and balance sheet duly certified by Chartered Accountant shall be furnished.

Form of bid shall be furnished as per format enclosed

Bidder shall have Independent PF registration certificate obtained from PF authorities, IT PAN No, GST Registration certificates. In proof PF registration, IT PAN No, GST Registration certificates copies shall be furnished.

Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated/fore closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been found satisfactory while executing contracts with KPCL during the last three years are not eligible to bid.
