Exhaust fan 230Volts, SP, 300 mm Sweep with BEE five star rating,high speed, heavy duty complete with Louvers, clamps with screws nut and bolts, including wire connections from ceiling rose to Exhaust fan complete with all accessories including writing of MES No with Unit Name on Exhaust fans using stencil with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

LED building security light fitting 30 Watts with pressure die cast housing with individual LEDs as light source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 etc complete including GI bracket of 1 mtr length made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade, bent to shape fitted to pole / building with suitable clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including connection with PVC sheathed cable of 2.5 sq.mm 3 core all as per Bajaj Cat No. BRLEP 30W LED WH or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soil complete all as specified and as directed.
