AUGMENTATION OF WATER SUPPLY IN LAMSHANG MUNICIPAL AREA

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C. Service Reservoir of capacity 0.2 ML with R.C.C. slab roofing, including inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe arrangements with all necessary specials and fittings, provision of manholes with covers, M.S. ladder, air vents, masonry valve chambers, suitable water level indicator/level staff, installation of disinfection dosing unit, smooth finishing of all surfaces, curing, satisfactory water-tightness test and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Lamdeng WTP (Plant Capacity=0.6 MLD) as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC Intake weir dam of length 20.00 m and a height of 2.00 m with all necessary components complete across the Luwangli River at intake point of Lamdeng WTP (Plant Capacity=0.6 MLD).

Design, Drawing and Improvement of existing Settling Tank (14 m x 4 m), Slow Sand Filter (2 x 10.5 m x 10.5 m) and Service Reservoir (11 m x 11 m) at Lamdeng WTP (Capacity=0.6 MLD) with removal of loose or defect concrete and retrofitting with RCC jacketing, testing and commissioning, etc. all complete.

Design, Drawing and Providing of necessary Filter media (Brick, Gravel of size 20 mm- 40 mm & Coarse Sand of size 0.45 mm- 0.70 mm) of adequate dept after removal and cleaning the existing Slow Sand Filter (2 x 10.5 m x 10.5 m) at Lamdeng WTP (Capacity=0.6 MLD) as per the norm of IS Code and CPHEEO with testing and commissioning all complete.

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC Aerator of 4 – 5 m height above GL consisting of at least 4 to 6 cascades with space requirement of 0.70 m2 per MLD exposed faces line with china glazed colour tiles of approved pattern i/c fixing & providing inlet pipe of suitable pipes i/c smooth finishing of supporting columns and vertical walls, watering, curing, weatherproof painting two coats and giving water tightness test, etc. complete at Lamdeng WTP (Plant Capacity = 0.6 MLD).

Design, Drawing and Construction of R.C.C. Clear Water Underground Reservoir of capacity 0.10 ML with R.C.C. slab roofing, including inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe connections with all necessary specials and fittings, provision of manholes with covers, air vents, internal access arrangements, installation of disinfection dosing unit and suitable water level indicator, smooth finishing of all surfaces, curing, satisfactory water-tightness test, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Zonal Station Lamsang Ward No. 1 as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Design, Drawing and Construction of Pump House having plinth area 6.00m X 4.50m with suitable pump foundations for 2 (two) pump sets, brick masonry walls with R.C.C. columns, lintel and ramp, providing and fixing of steel trusses and frames with superior quality CGI roofing sheets, doors and windows, complete internal and external electrification with necessary fittings and accessories, finishing with good quality paint on steel and wall surfaces, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Zonal Station Lamsang Ward No. 1.Treatment Site as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing and Construction of angle iron fencing (120 Rm) with 1.8 meters high GI barbed wire fencing with 2.4 m angle iron posts 50mm x 50mm x 6mm placed every 3 meters center to center founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 meter below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 12 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete with steel gate of 2 shutter of length 1.80m and height 1.80m with necessary mechanical fittings complete around the Zonal Station Lamsang Ward No. 1.

Providing, Laying and Jointing of Internal Pipe Fittings at Lamdeng WTP and Zonal Station Lamsang Ward No. 1 wherever necessary with DI K9 pipe of 100mmdia and 200mm diameter including trench excavation, lowering, laying, jointing, testing of pipes, refilling of trench, gate valves with chambers, necessary anchor blocks etc. and restoration of excavated trenches complete as per S.S and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc.

Providing, Laying and Jointing of Raw water mains from Intake to Lamdeng WTP with DI K9 pipe of 150 mm diameter (610 Rm) including trench excavation , lowering, laying, jointing, testing of pipes, refilling of trench, gate valves with chambers, necessary anchor blocks etc. and road restoration of excavated trenches complete as per S.S and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc.
