Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)
Should have carried out erection of all connected equipments of (01)One Transformer Bay/errection of One Transmission line tower/One Terminal Bay of 110/66kV class or above voltage class on Total Turnkey or Partial Turnkey basis, which shall be in satisfactory service for a period of One year prior to date of submission of the Bid. OR Should have carried out erection of all connected equipments of 02(Two) Transformer Bays/two Transmission line towers/ two Terminal Bays of 110/66KV class or above voltage class on Labour Contract or as Sub-Contract to any Turnkey Contractor which shall be in satisfactory service for a period of One year prior to date of submission of the Bid.

The Bidder or his consortium partner should posses valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission. In addition, the bidder should have the following qualifying requirement (Technical).

Bidders shall submit audited financial reports for last five years preceding the date of bid submission duly certified by Registered Charted Accountant. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder for best three years out of last five financial years.
Certificate is to be uploaded by the Bidder agreeing to source the equipment/material for the work from the approved Vendors who meet the eligibility clauses regarding restrictions on procurement from a country which shares a land border with India as specified in Annexure - XVIII of the tender document.
