S/R of roads in NDMC area. Sub Head- UPGRADATION OF METRO SERVICE ROAD FOOTPATH NEAR SRI AUROBINDO MARG, LAXMI BAI NAGAR

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (a) All kinds of soil

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 15cm in depth but exceeding 0.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. (a) All kinds of soil.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab, CC/RCC slab/ DQ Stone flooring or equivalent laid in cement mortar including removal of mortar, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Taking out existing precast RCC/CC/ Red sand stone footpath slab laid in cement mortar including stacking or serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 fine sand derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and fixing D.Q stone flooring of size 100x100mm and 70mm to 80mm thick laid over 20mm(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse snad) of approved design/shape with jointed and pointing with cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement :4 C/sand)etc. complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-incharge.

Laying old D.Q stone flooring of size 100x100mm and 70mm to 80mm thick laid over 20mm(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) of approved design/shape with jointed and pointing with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 C/sand) etc. complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-incharge.

Purchase & taken away of dismantled C.C interlocking/Paver blocks or equivalent to the entire satisfaction or Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Constructing of bell mouth (Silt chamber type) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4coarse sand) of inside size 45x50x60 cm deep channel side wall to be 50cm deep below channel level over precast cement concrete cube at size15cmx15cmx15cm shall be fixed in form opening as bell mouth under the SFRC manhole cover frame of size 550x450mm opening with one rounding of to match the profile of cement concrete kerb stone including concrete 15cm thick providing and laying bed concrete 15cm dia of mix 1:4:8 (1cement: 4coarse sand 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 50mm thick 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 12mm thick inside the cement plaster in side chamber with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finished including excavation foundation filling etc complete and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of road gully chamber/bell mouth of various sizes including R.C.C grating with frame including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead including refilling the excavated gap.

Providing and laying non- pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars/ R.C.C. pipe jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1: 2 (1cement : 2 fine sand ) excluding testing of joints etc complete (a) 250mm dia RCC pipe.

Constructing brick masonry circular road Gully chamber of 560mm internal dia 60cm deep with FPS brick of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand ) over a bed concrete of 15cm. thick 115cm dia of mix 1:5:10 (1cement :5 Coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) inside cement plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and floors including providing the reinforced Gully grating cover and frame of 560mm internal dia metre 840mm external dia metre amendments including finishing and embedding the frame in 15cm thick Cement Concrete 1: 2: 4 (1cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) with gully grating complete as per direction and satifaction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing & Fixing M-25 grade precast RCC bollards of size 150 mm dia 950 mm length each having rounded top and two nos. grooves of size 75 mm x 18 mm each of 12 cm, 28 cm from top, the bollards will be fixed onward of specified spacing emdaded 25 cm deep in CC Block of mix 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including excavation of CC block size 30 x 30 x 30 cm including disposal of excavation soil with in lead of 50 metre etc and all as per instruction and sample approved and entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismanteled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D Waste management site i.e. Shastri park/Burari including weighing at plant etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. WEighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedure/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
