Note: a) Bidder to quote Unit rates and GST rates in Blue Cells Only. b) Total lumpsum cost quoted by the bidder shall be equal to SUM of cost for TABLE-1 & Cost for TABLE -2. c) Total quoted price in TABLE -I for LSTK component shall not be more than 80 % of the Total lump sum cost. d) Total quoted price in TABLE -2 for CAMC component shall not be less than 20 % of the Total lump sum cost.

Notes for table 1&2:

1. Bidder is required to mention the applicable GST percentage as per recent guidelines issued by GoI.

2. Total quoted price agaisnt TABLE -I shall not be more than 80 % of the Total lump sum cost quoted by the bidder

3. Total quoted price against TABLE -II shall not be less than 20 % of the Total lump sum cost quoted by the bidder

4.CAMC Payments:Payment for 1st year of CAMC will be 10 % of the total Quoted value for CAMC. Thereafter payment will be increased additionally by 5%( of total CAMC Value) annually till the fifth year. The annual payment terms for CAMC shall be as follows

Payment for the respective year will be done QUARTERLY wise on pro rata basis:

1st Year: 10 % of the total CAMC Value quoted for 5 yrs

2nd Year: 15 % of the total CAMC Value quoted for 5 yrs

3rd Year: 20% of the total CAMC Value quoted for 5 yrs

4th Year: 25% of the total CAMC Value quoted for 5 yrs

5th Year: 30 % of the total CAMC Value quoted for 5 yrs

5.The quoted price shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, statutory payments, insurance and transportation charges etc., upto designated site/location i.e.Odalarevu Onshore Terminal, Odalarevu., Ambetkar Konaseema Dist, A.P.

6.The quantities are not splittable. Hence contarct will be awarded to lowest total lumpsum cost quoted by the bidder.

7. Bidder is required to mention the applicable GST percentage seperately for material, ONGC will be provided Essentiality certificate towards Material cost @ applicable GST rates

8. Bidder must quote for all the items.

9. Contract will be awarded as per lowest Price Evaluation Criteria given in the Bid Evaluation Criteria

10. Bidder, while quoting against this tender, must take cognizance of all concessions permissible under the statutes including the benefit under GST legislations, failing which it will have to bear extra cost where bidder does not avail exemptions/ concessional rate of GST. ONGC will not take responsibility towards this. However, wherever required and applicable, ONGC shall provide the necessary documents as required under the notification (s)

11. Bidders must also consider benefits of input tax credit under the GST legislations, as amended from time to time on Input goods/Capital goods / Input Services, while quoting the prices.

12. Contractor has to take into consideration all such costs that may arise in fulfillment of the requirements specified in the contract and shall be on contractor’s account.
