M&L for taking down and refixing in same opening wood shutter exc 1 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm including easing & adjusting and refixing with same hardware ect.

S & F Pressed steel frame with fittings for doors of size 105 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of priming complete.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame complete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for fixing hold fast, coping, cills and filling in pressed steel door frames including necessary form work and finishing the surfaces to match with existing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick, IInd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled factory made shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood , glazed & skeleton factory made shutters, open rebated & prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash-bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and metred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.20(a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in repair 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade,prelaminated side with decorative choice lamination& side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work including external fixing of teak wood lipping 6 mm thick with nails and french polishing to teak wood lipping

Material & labour in Mild steel 0.63 mm thick plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut to size holes punched including round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joint with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitered angles etc as required.

Material and labour for framed work Fe 410-W (Grade - E-250) as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings.

Supply & fixing steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item 16 but without glazing bars complete all specified and directed.

S&F Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Painting to new wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, priming with pink primer (one coat) finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25mm thick Insulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene(EPS)stuck to 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications and drawing.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam pvc sheet (on both sides) PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets (both side) for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of prelam (on both sides) PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement fixed to MS chowkat with 3 nos SS hinge in each door shutter complete all as shown in drawing of relevant item in MES, schedule Part-II , 2004 as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

M & l for 20mm thick Cutting chases, pinning in existing brick masonary wall in cement mortar , making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth

M & L for cutting holes in Exc. half brick but not exc. one brick in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required

Material & labour for 20mm thick granite any size machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 20mm thick Granite(of any type) machine cut in skirting/dado/partitian fixed with araldite or equivalent adhisive including cutting and polishing

Material and labour for mirror polished rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete as directed.

M&L for double charged vitrified tiles 10mm thick (Rectangular or Square in shape) well polished anad area of each tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm lind in floor over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement morta4r 1:6 and joint of tiles shall be filled with colured / white pigment to match the sahde colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 46 above but in skirting, vertical surface as in dado and laid over 10mm thick rendring in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15mm dia stop valves, brass chromium plated fancy type , screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, for bore dia of pipe 15 mm complete.

S & F Bib taps, chromium plated brass with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, for bore dia of pipe 15mm, supplied and fixed in repairs complete.

S & F in repair Pillar taps cast copper alloy, fancy type with capstan head, CP, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe 15 mm bore complete.
