Providing & Fixing carpet in auditorium at 15th floor shakti bhawan extn Building in lko Carpet made with pattern loop pile graphic carpet width 3.66mtr and roll length approx 30 mtr, Light fastness 5+ Pile fiber is 100% BCF POLYPROPYENE, yarn construction of carpet is bulk continous filament machine gauge 2.54(1/10) mm 39.4 rows/100mm. Carpet stitch rate is 40/10cms. Density factor of carpet is 157600tufts/m tufted pile weight is 850gms/m(+5%). TUFTED Pile height is 6mm carpet bond strength is 30 Newton. Flammability of carpet is (ASTM ID 2859-96&CPTC-FF-170)8Passes Carpet of carpet make Unitex model trump color of carpet as per direction od E/l.

Repairng of old cushioned 3 seater Sofa at cabin no -1515 and 1505(a) of SB Extn building, removing of old damage upholstery then wooden frame repairing and re-polishing, upholstery of new 75 mm thick sleepwell foam 32 denstry on seat and back side of Sofa using 50 mm thick sleepwell foam 32 denstry, Approved. The work include cost of all labour,material T&P required for proper completion of work.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly birla putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra)

Same as above in item no. 06 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Providing ,making & fixing low height wooden partitions as per drawing from seasoned wood of MIRINDI frame of 2"X1.5" size placed horizontally and vertically both way @ 2 ' c/c. the frame work fitted in floor with the help of nails ,screw then frame work to be covered with 12 mm thick plywood from both side with the help of fevicol,nails and screw. then making grooves with 6mm MDF Ply with the help of fevicol,nails and screw. The final surface to be finished with 1mm thick laminate on both sides and grooves to r polished as per design.. as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 600 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.

Providing & fixing of Excutive office computer work station cum work table in 2nd fllor north wing of Shakti Bhawan Extn. Building. The Unit shall be of size 0.9X0.60 mtr worktop & 0.76 mtr hight. The Entire Above Unit Shall be Fabricatrd with 19 mm Block Board Superior Quality Swastik Made all Extirior surface with approved Quality 1 mm sunmica laminate and intirior faces finished with 10x20 mm thick sprit polish teak wood beading.t.One no drawer nd one flap door fabricated with the help of 19 mm block board Swastik Block board /green or equivalen The cup-board shall have lockable magnet door fabricated with 19mm block board fixed to cup-board with magnet and having in handle The main table rack shall be approved matel handle and necessery m.p lock. all drawrs shall be provided with approved qaulity slider machnism. The foot board shall be also provided in above three peace. Excutive work station .The work include cost of all labour,material T&P required for proper completion of work
