Supply of factory assembled factory tested micro processor controlled 7 TR sensible cooling capacity high precision package AC unit along with all accessories as per BSNL approved detailed specifications attached. Note:- 1). The unit shall be Top / bottom discharge type as per site requirement. [To be mentioned in individual L.O.I.]. 2). The price quoted is inclusive of all control cables and suitable MS frame work for the indoor unit. 3) Rate includes supply of the HPAC (indoor & outdoor) with all accessories at site. 4) Make: Any Valid BSNL approved make OR any subsequent approval by BSNL Corporate Office till the date of sale of tender shall be accepted.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above 7 TR air-cooled High Precision AC package units including mounting indoor unit with suitable arrangement and outdoor unit on the existing frame work, pressure testing, vaccumisation, supply and charging refrigerant gas [R417C/R410A] upto the required level, condenser/data communication cable between units etc. including acceptance testing as per the specification attached for item at Sr. No. 1 of Part-A.

Providing and Laying of refrigerant pipe lines of size for hot and cold circuits, leak and pressure testing of refrigerant lines, vaccumising, insulation of refrigerant piping arrangement and first charge of refrigerant for the AC system, complete as per specifications. a) Hot Gas Line (7/8") with suitable insulation (NB: If higher size of Cu piping applicable, the same has to be supplied at same cost as 7/8”)

b) Liquid Line (5/8") with suitable insulation (NB: If higher size of Cu piping applicable, the same has to be supplied at same cost as 5/8”

Supplying and laying following size of LT XLPE insulated armoured copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988, on the wall with saddles /existing cable tray with suitable fastners/clips etc. i/c interconnections etc. complete as required. a) 3 core 2.5 Sq,mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper sockets/lugs for the following sizes armoured cable etc. as required a) 3 core 2.5 Sq,mm

Providing and laying of following size Heavy Mechanical Stress (HMS), Fire retardent, corrosion free PVC pipe along with all accessories i.e bends, sockets/ couplers, saddles/ clamps etc. confirming to IS:9537-part-3 and IS:3419:1988 for condensate drain water i/c laying/fixing, cutting, threading minor civil works etc. complete as required a) 25mm dia

b) 40mm dia

Supplying and installing of following size of perforated powder coated M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders / fixing on surface of wall /floor including bolts & nuts, painting i/c minor civil works etc as required. a) 100 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness

b) 150 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness

c) 200 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness

Providing and fixing suitable M.S. frame work for condensers with following members including cutting, drilling, welding, finishing , painting etc. including grouting the M.S. frame's legs with 1:2:4 ratio cement concrete/ or anchor fastener with drilling holes complete as required. [a] 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick M.S. Channel [b] 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick M.S. Angle iron. [c] 50 mm x 5 mm thick M.S. Flat. [d] 10 mm thick M.S. Base plate.

Providing plumbing work for humidification circuit and drainage requirements including supply of G.I. pipes, pipe fittings such as bends, reducers, elbows, tees, unions, u-trap, flanges etc. for water connection of various components of the system. (a) 25 mm (Medium class) G.I. pipe insulated with 6-mm thick superior insulation (for condensate drain)

(b) 25 mm G.I. pipe (Medium Class)

(c) 40 mm G.I. pipe (Medium Class)

Providing & fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as reqd.

Comprehensive maintenance of the 7 TR microprocessor based air-cooled Precision package AC unit (after the warrantee period) including all items covered under Part-A & Part-B as per the specifications/conditions of contract & as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized man power and by arranging required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plant etc.to keep the AC unit & connected equipments operational up to the required standards complete as required. Note :- 1) Operation of AC unit is not included in this item. 2) Warranty period /Defect liability –a) 12 Months for complete. Second Year (First Year covered under defect liability/warranty period)
