Drilling/ boring of exploratory test bore well at mentioned site for construction of production tube wells. The job shall be inclusive of all logistic support in terms of men, machinery and stores at site. Job includes providing, fitting & lowering of 125 mm Dia Heavy Duty MS Pipe as casing of minimum thickness 5.4 mm for the well. The charges on account of loading/ unloading, shifting of men & machinery shall be arranged by the firm. The strata sampling is to be carried out along with drilling and the samples collected in the transparent plastic boxes duly labeled. The exploratory bore has to be cased simultaneously vide drilling in case of ODEX drilling or cased at the completion of drilling in open drilling. Sample collection of strata to be collected for examination. After every 10 ft. The specifications of the bore well shall be as under; i. Max depth of the bore ……. 150 M ii. Acceptable Make of Pipe …… Jindal/Prakash Surya or Equivalent make Class of pipe …. C class conforming to IS:1239 (Part Ist ) 2004,equivalent to BS -1387/1985. Acceptable make for Pipe….. Jindal /Prakash-Surya /TATA The inspection at every stage shall be carried out by departmental experts to determine the aquifer zones. The construction of Production well shall be decided after analyzing the lithology of the test bore. This shall be duly authenticated by the Site engineers/ drilling staff including the contracting agency as well. The decision for construction of full-fledged production Bore hole shall be then taken with proper ascertaining of quality and quantity of water. development of tube wells with back wash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFT (300 Psi air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects. Note: The pipe has to be provided by the firm and the rates quoted are inclusive of p/f of pipes
