Dismantling the existing MS/GI water supply and RWP pipes & fittings from the sanitary shaft upto 150 mm dia from the sanitary shafts on each floor without disturbing the adjacent pipes with necessary gas cutter/ welding/ cutter etc. and by using any mechanical device like chain pully, including removing and placing the dismantled pipes etc. in Basement-I as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & fixing heavy duty special pipe in position with fittings by welding complete as per the existing pattern with proper SS clamping (clamping will be paid extra). Make Tata/ Jindal (Hisar) : GI (H) 75 mm Class-C

SS dash fasteners of (Canon or equivalent make) size 4” (100mm) as per suitability - For 75 mm dia pipes.

Providing & fixing clamps of approved design to GI/CI/MS/Ductile/Special pipe embedded in and including CC Block 10X10X10cm of 1:2:4 mix including cost of cutting holes and making good and wall or fixing with 2 nos. SS dash fasteners of (Canon or equivalent make) size 4” (100mm) as per suitability - For 100 mm dia pipes.

Painting pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint (required colour i.e. blue/green) with two coats over a ready mixed primary coat of red oxide, both of approved qualities like Nerolac/Berger or equivalent for new work-75 mm dia pipe.

Removing malba, garbage, rubbish, sludge from the shaft to outside the building premises and then outside the building premises by engaging mechanical transport and manual labour to authorized dumping ground. The minimum capacity of lorry/truck will be 120 cft including taking permission from local Police Station.

Providing and fixing MS supports for platform for working in shaft at different height (at 2 positions in a floor level) by MS sections as per the requirements duly fixed by Stainless steel dash fasteners of approved make like Canon or equivalent (size 75 mm x 10 mm -2 nos) on RCC wall with MS support on one side and embedded in half brick wall with CC 1:2:4 on other side complete with two coat of painting including applying a coat of primer of approved quality.

Providing & fixing MS Angle Hooks/Rid etc. for clamping 3”/4”/6” water supply lines with working platform on each floor upto 23rd floor level in all Cores by welding including welding machine/rod etc. including synthetic painting and red oxide primer coats complete.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar plaster in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by weight of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 25 mm average thickness in two lays.

LESS: Salvage value of dismantled pipes and fittings from the sanitary shafts under the above said work (i.e. GI, MS, LA pipe etc.) as and where basis, kept at Basement-I level.
