M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggegates) as in roof padding, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete/ brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting, 2 mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc., fixed all as per manufacturer's instructions and fixed with self tapping steel screws of length not less than 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.,) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) as in plinth protection/ path/ Hard standing/ floor etc. including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc., and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including cement screed and Screed bed or beding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description in floors laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing factory made, rubber moulded machine pressed, coloured, chequered cement concrete tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick, glossy finished (with grey cement and pigment), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc., finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork, laid in alternate bays not exceeeding 2.50 metre in length, with construction joints of 6 mm thick, joint must be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 grade and three part of sand (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface/ parapet wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, upto any height, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/ stone or concrete surfaces at any height including Pillars, cornices, chajjas (top & facia sides), sun shades etc., making sharp corners, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound (2% of cement content) (External surface) & curing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. The unit rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include the cost of arrangement of necessary scaffolding, safety precaution and the like without any extra cost to the govt. 2. WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick/ stone or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Internal surfaces) including proper curing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new/ previously untreated surfaces of wall/ ceiling and applying 1 mm thick cement based wall care putty (applied in two layers) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over one coat of chalk white on wall surface of new/ previously untreated surfaces prepared under serial item No. 28.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new/ previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint including cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. including curing the surfaces after application of cement based paint (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distamper on ceiling surfaces of new/ previously untreated surfaces prepared under serial item no. 28.00 here-in-before complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc., and applying one coat of cement base paint with and including curing the same after application of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls/ ceiling including scrapping down smoke, soot, and efflorescent salts and treatings oil and gresy spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing removing nails making good holes, cracks etc., using necessary filling of cement based wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/ even finish and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutter(s) (without taking off shutters from the frame), including removing to store and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames, conforming to IS, having profile 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc., with and including filling hollow frame with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood Factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters, 35 mm thick (Hollock) with lock rail and panels of 9 mm thick commercial ply or 12 mm thick vaneered particle board with commercial veneered on both sides, including priming coat on shutter. The size of rail & style shall be as per IS 1003 part-1 kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and Skelton shutter, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc divided into squares (04 Nos) with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any number, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. Size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal gound level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm dia bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to test point including testing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 chamber, Cast Iron pit cover and frame, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI watering pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade), protection pipe 40 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) of length upto test point including taking down old earthing, any type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The unit rate includes for protection pipe 40 mm dia and GI Strip from top of the earth plate upto 7.5 metre length.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32 x 6 mm Galvanized Iron Strip; fixed to walls, on battens or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
