Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: 2.9.1 All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including carriage

Reinforcement of RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete ( thermo- mechanically Treated bars ) .

Providing/laying in position specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering – All work upto plinth level. (M-10 Mix) 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.)

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structures in 1:6 mix. Including Extra cost for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means)Including all carriages and Costs all complete job.

15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick walls of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand)

Providing/laying in position specified grade of cement concrete coping 50mm thick in M15 Grade including all carriages and costs. complete job.

Painting walll with oil bound washable excel of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections and frame work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position all complete in angles / flats / tubes etc. including fixing of 18 guage MS sheets in sofffits and eveas boarding including ms frame work.incl cost of steel primer complete job. Incl red oxide and two coats of paint as directed by engineer incharge.
