Deployment of unskilled/Semi-skilled labour for collecting scattered stone from Sea Wall area (without damages to the existing profile of pitching) and placing the same in profile area and filling the gaps including supply of all taxes, T&P, equipments, hire & running charges of Crane or other lifting machineries if required, operator expenses, safety of workmen, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

N.B: No idle charges will be paid and shifting charges from one place to anothre shall not be paid.

Providing reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) (1 cement: 1½ sand:3 coarse aggregate) for R.C.C. work using 12mm & down grade hard black granite (CB) chips of approved quality including mixing, hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing, maintaining, proper level and slope, finished smooth to the exposed surface, providing weep holes with 75mm dia PVC pipes for drainage of water with supply of all labour, material, tollage, taxes, T&P etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (excluding centering shuttering, bending, binding and cost of steel).

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing Rigid and smooth leak proof centering & shuttering with form works made of ply/steel, shutters, painting with coltar/lubricant over the ply/steel, shutters after each use for RCC works in slab, wall, raft etc. including dismantling them after due period with cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, gate entry fees, transportion, staging etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications of SAIL/VIZAG/TATA make including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-I metal of approved quality over the prepared sub-base in suitable layers, filling the interstices with required graine stone quarry dust as per specification, maintaining required slope and level, compacting by smooth wheeled Vibratory Road Roller or PRR as per requirement at site of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight for both Dry and Wet rolling to the satisfaction of Engineer including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, testing charges, engagement, hire and running charges of all equipments, operator expenses, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading of IRC Grade-II metal of approved quality & filling the interstices with required Quarry Dust as per specification, laying over the compacted Gr-I surface to required slope, compacting by Vibratory Road Roller or PRR as per requirement at site including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, operator expenses, testing charges, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Moorum of approved quality, conveying the same by Trucks or other vehicles including loading at one end and unloading at other end, spreading moorum over the approved surface, compacting by smooth wheeled Vibromax Road Roller or PRR as per site requirement of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses, cost of water, fuel, lubricants, all testing charges etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply, transportation of black hard granite stone 60kg and above size of approved quality from the quarry, conveying by trucks or other vehicles with all leads and lifts including loading at one end and unloading at other end, breaking the larger stones to required size, placing and packing the same in profile with key stone, supply of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, taxes, Port entry fees, transportation charges etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) over outside & inside surface of brick work & R.C.C work, racking out the joints rounding the corners, providing grooves or bead lining where found necessary & finishing smooth to the exposed surface with curing, scaffolding, staging including cost & supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Painting with two coats of Weather Coat Paint over a coat of primer over the new brick work/concrete works including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Gate entry fees, taking all safety precautions including preparing the surface before painting works etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply, fitting, fixing of PVC pipe of 25mm dia of approved make and sizes with supply all labour, T&P, equipment, screws, nails, scaffolding, transportation charges, all taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Transportation, supplying, fitting, fixing Barbed Wire Fencing of 2 ply 4 pin made with wire gauge of 2.24mm and Zinc coating of 18 to 25 Micron, fixing with angle posts section including clamping to the angle with clips with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, scaffolding, safety precautions, port entry fees, transporting charges, loading and unloading of materials, all testing charges etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. N.B: No wastages shall be paid.

Design, development, supplying and fixing of single sided Signboards of size 0.75m x 0.50m made of Micro Prismatic Retro Reflective sheeting DG-3 pasted on 3 mm thick aluminum composite material as per IRC 67-2010, fixing each board with 8 Nos. of SS Mechanical Anchor Bolt of 8mm dia and 100mm long, the front side covered with Retro Reflective sheeting DG-3 with all letters, numerals and pictographs with border as per approved colour scheme including all taxes, transportation, tollage, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, taking all safety precautions while installation etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
