Supply, erection and commissioning of 20Cs. V.T. Axial flow Pump having lift 25-30 ft, around 980 RPM, Including MS delivery (approx length - 85 feet) & bend - complete in all respect (having all guiding bushes of Gun Metal) as per site requirement & specification approved by technical committee (Annexure - A).

Supply, erection and commissioning of induction motor of 125 HP suitable for 20 Cs VT axial flow pump (mentioned at Sr No. 01), 94 KW, 980 RPM, 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz bearing SKF /FAG, IE-2 as per specifications and site requirements (Annexure - B).

Supply, errection and commissioning of LT cable 3.5 core - 185 Sq mm Aluminium Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable from Transformer to Motor Control Centre.

Supply, errection and commissioning of LT cable 3 core - 95 Sq mm Aluminium Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable from Starter to Motor.

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging 200 mm bore, 10 ft depth complete with copper electrode, copper strip for MCC panel complete in all respect as per site requirement

Make of Panels - LV Panel- Siemans, ABB, L&T, Schneider, G.E. C&S, Havells, BCH, Legrand & AE. Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. The rate should be inclusive carriage, fitting and allied parts complete in all respect with left over items (if any) as per site requirement. 5. Goods which to be used / supplied should be as per sample and conforming to the site condition & also conforming to I.S. Specification. 6. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 7. Third Party Testing by T.P.I.A. will be carried out in the presence of departmental representative at the manufacturer premises and cost of the same will be borne by the successful agency. 8. Completion period – completion period is 4.5 months. 9. Agreement for maintenance / service of the work will be drawn with L-1 Agency on the terms and conditions given in SLA issued by C.E./LCU, I&WR Department Haryana Panchkula letter No. 1089-91/NABARD/2020 dated 16.09.2020 (copy attached). Agreement shall be for five years or 10000:00 Hrs. of working of electro mechanic equipments from the date of commencement of the agreement. 10. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents & 70% payment be made as per pro-rata basis. 11. Payment shall be made on finished goods and not on casting only. 12. The material will be supplied as per drawing and newly approved technical specifications laid down in tender documents & subsequent submission by bidder in this regard. 13. Successful agency will submit drawing of the work within week period from the date of approval of rate by competent authority. 14. HT bolt to be used instead of SS bolt. 15. Authorization from OEM (for Pumps, Motor & Panel) be attached if tenderer is not a manufacturer. 16. Panels be manufactured by original manufacturer either by approved brands themselves or their authorized original equipment manufacturers under their brand name. The inspection is also allowed at their channels partner’s work with the condition that all drawings / test certificates shall be from the original equipment manufacturer. System house of approved brand are not acceptable and rating IP 54. 17. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 18. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates.
