Kota Division:- Maintenance of bridges by replacement of bearings, providing protection plate on open web through girders, replacement of loose HFSG bolt/rivets found in detail inspection, changing of damage floor system of pathway, oiling andgreasing of bridges, providing steel ladder and cradle on piers on various bridges.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-III, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

All rates quoted in the tender shall be deemed to be inclusive of all Taxes royalties payable by the contractor's to the Government or public body or local authority and no additional amount will be paid or claim entertained on this account by the Railway.

It is responsibility of the tenderer that they ensure to see any corrigendum of the tender to check the corrigendum on the website from time to time.

The tenderer shall inspect the proposed site of work and acquaint himself/themselves with the site conditions, working hours, layout of laid trees and shrubs that he/they cut for making stacking, space for aggregates approach road, path way available working area, local conditions etc. and all other relevant items connected with the execution of the work. No claims shall been entertained from the contractors for making his/their own arrangement for approaches/approach roads etc. in and outside Rly Land and contractor will bear entire expenses such as road taxes, payment for right of way etc. to outsiders and for constructions of approaches/approach road etc.

The tenderers shall not add any conditions on their own either in their covering letter or in the tender documents while submitting their offer. Any such conditions if stated and if are in violation of the Railways tender conditions or having financial implication may lead to summary rejection of the offer. Railway reserves the right to rejects such tenders summarily without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

JOINT VENTURE will not be permitted for the tenders valuing less than or equal to Rs 10 crore.

It is the responsibility of contractor to arrange the payment of the labour employed for the work through bank and to deduct PF as per the provisions of Minimum Wages Act.

In case of any wrong information submitted by tenderer, the contract shall be terminated, Earnest money Deposit(EMD), Performance Guarantee(PG) and Security Deposit (SD) of contract forfeited and agency barred for doing business on entire Indian Railways for 5 (five) years.

The railway reserves the right of verify all statements, information and documents submitted by the bidder in his tender offer, and the bidder shall, when so required by the Railway, make available all such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification. Any such verification or lack of such verification, by the railway shall not be relieve then bidder of its obligations or liabilities hereunder nor will it affect any rights of the Railway thereunder.

General Arrangement drawing for the work can be seen in the office of the Dy. CE/Br Line/ WCR BPL's office at any time during the office hours. These drawing are only for the guidance for the contractor. Detail working drawing if required based generally on the drawing mentioned above and various condition mentioned in tender documents shall be submitted by the tenderer for approval of the same by railway.

The tenderer(s) / Contractor(s)shall upload along with the tender photo state copy of credentials for having successfully executed works of similar nature and required magnitude in the recent past. Tenders not accompanying with these documents are liable to be rejected.

The tenderer(s) / Contractor (S) shall upload a list of works which are currently being executed by them, their contact value and date of completion.

Until a formal agreement is prepared and executed, acceptance of this tender shall constitute a binding contract between us subject to modification, as may be mutually agreed to between us and indicated in the letter of acceptance of my/our offer for this work.
