Preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed.

Walll care putty of 1 mm thick as in interior / exterior wall surfaces of any description including scrubbing with sand paper to obtain smooth and even surfces complete all as specified and as directed.
Cutting down the plant / trees of girth n.exc. 15cm, from roof / top sides of external walls of buildings, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of GI/CI/AC/PVC pipes and taking out roots entered in walls / slabs, applying emulsion of non toxic chemicals including making good the surface using PCC (1:2:4), type B1 or cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in CM (1:4) plastered with CM (1:4) to match with existing surface and repairing the pipes and joints which was affected by cutting down/taking out plants/trees located upto a height of 14.00 mtrs from GL complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and disposing of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.
15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the surface with even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
20mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) and finishing the surface with even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surface with even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

PART II (CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES)
Removal of sludge from septic tanks / manholes of any size and depth, burrying the sludge in pits with suitable depth and filled by earth including removal of surplus matrials and dewatering of water to a place as earmarked by state auth out side the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. . Note - Dewatering of water or mud will not be paid seperately only sludge to be paid for the above item.
Clearing and removal of all blockage in sewage line from manhole to manhole, any dia of sewer lines, manholes of any section and any depth, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes manunally / mechanically including desludging of manhole /sewage line where required and odered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping sewer line functional, upto final drop / outlet into septic tank /central sewage system terminating in other joining zone/ area or into sewage wells complete all as specified and as directed.
NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO. 2.02 :- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R North daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) to both the complaint cell located at PRTC and 2 PARA as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including saftey measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detacted/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fail. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM). A penalty @ Rs. 200/- per complaint shall deducted from contractor payments.
Mechanically pumping out sewage liquid from septic tanks / manholes of any size and depth, removal of the same to a distance / place as earmarked by state auth out side defence land including any type of T & P required for dewatering of water complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard / dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.
Returning, filing in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm etc complete all as specified and directed.
Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M-Sand cushioning including watering and consolidations etc complete all as specified and directed.
Rubber moulded pre-cast cement concrete interlocking coloured paving blocks of any shape and size, 60mm thick, glass fibre reinfoced, glossy finished vibro compacted conforming to IS-15658-2006 , M-35 grade to match with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Cleaning of sewage pipe line of 100mm bore by means of rodding / sewage cleaning machine / compressors if required and clean out the sludge / liquid mud or any other obstruction material including working in foul conditions and disposing of sludge /silt / liquid mud beyond the premises of MOD land etc complete all as specified and as directed.
