Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous surfaces cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRD Specification Clause 503.IRC 2008

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mis plant using crushed aggregate with bituminous binder, transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, lever and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRD Specification Clause 504. Bitumen (VG-30)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 40-60 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatc paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects. Grading-II (13 mm nominal mix Size) Bitumen @ minimum 5.40% of Mix and thickness 30-40 mm. VG-30 grade
