Fabrication, Installation and commissioning of 10 K.L. Oil Tanker at Workshop Bahraich under EWD-Gonda Zone.

Fabrication, Installing & commissioning of Transformer Oil Tanker of 10 KL capacity made of 5.0 mm M.S. plate of 1676 mm dia and 4572 mm height duly welded properly with welding electrodes resist the weight of oil and jerk during loading/unloading with following other arrangement .

(i) provision of proper main-hole with its cover and with proper size of bolts and nuts .

(ii) Two no.s Gate valve of 50mm of good quality with proper protection device.

(iii) Suitable stand for climbing device on the tank

(iv) Suitable stand for oil tank duly welded to keep the tanker 400mm high from ground level.

(v) Painting inside the tank with heat resistant paint(zinc chromate) which will bear high temperature and will not melt with oil.

(vi) Painting outside of tanker with red oxide paint one coat and two coats of grey enamel paint ISI mark.

(vii) Capacity charts/marking in K.L has to be provided on the tank.

Providing and installation heavy duty mono block Oil motor pump (1.5 HP single phase) .

Providing & Fixing of Electrical control panel for operation of motor, heaters, float switches with appropriate size Cu. Cables, switches in all respect confirming to ISS

Providing & Fixing of pipe line using heavy duty c class pipe along with valves and t- joints connector , l bow and digging of Naali (15cm wide and 30 cm deep )on the floor (30cm wide and 15 cm deep) for laying of pipe line , fixing pipe line and filling the Naali back by cc ratio 1:2 complete job .

(i) 40 mm gi pipe conforming to IS 1239 part 1 2004 (OD-48.3 mm )

(ii) brass valves 40 mm (gate type) conforming to IS 1239 .

(iii) nitrile rubber hosepipe (steel wire braided) 25 mm (oil withstanding temp 1000C).

(iv) T -connector 40 mm of GI confirming to IS 1239 part -1 2004.

(v) L-bow of 40 mm GI confirming to IS 1239.
