Repair and resurfacing of road near Solar pond area to Lean RECL Processing Plant

Earthwork in excavation by hydraulic excavator/manual means including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within the site lead upto 50mtr and required soil cutting and filling as per site requirement : All Kinds of soil.

Supplying, laying and Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm )

Supplying,Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position machine mixed and machine vibrated by using 20MM and downgraded aggregrate for cement concrete of M-20 grade reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for all work up to Plinth level.Note:Mixing is executed only on-site while strictly using materials(cement,aggregate and sand) brought from the IREL plant gate

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for up to floor V level :Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Supplying, providing ,straigtening ,decoling wherever necessary, cutting, bending binding with approvd 18 guage GI binding wirs and placing in position all reinforcement(confirming to IS:1786) at and at all heights and 9mt. depth below plinth level including fixing of cover blocks, scaffolding, all conveyance, labour, T&P etc. complete including the cost of reinforcement steel.(HYSD steel confirming to IS:1786 will be used at site.
