CHARPOY GI WITH NYLON NEWAR FD-220

Taking out unserviceable nylon newar and retightening all the check nuts, elbows, long rails, leg & supply and fixing 50mm angle iron supports 06 Nos of size 50x50x6mm by welding to short/ long rail duly making 8mm dia hole & providing two Nos of flat iron stiffner with 8mm hole of size 25x6x835mm long fixing to long rail, and supply and fix 12mm thk plywood BWR grade of size 1890mmx900mm duly fitted to 8mm holes with 5mmx35mm long SS nut bolt half round head on charpoy & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black tint over a coat of red oxide primer on all newely fitted angle iron and flat iron stiffner complete all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable deshaped/tornout tapestry cloth, cushion and S & F new tapestry cloth, cushion/foam of 100mm thick for seat and back, 50 mm thick foam for arms and sides, duly upholstered with tapestry cloth of approved shade complete all as directed ( cloth of tapesty cloth shall not be less than 600/- per meter) (Foam Make: 32 density Kurlon/sleepwell)

Removing of serviceable deshaped/tornout tapestry cloth, cushion and S & F new tapestry cloth,cushion/foam of 100mm thick for seat and back, 50 mm thk foam for arms and sides, duly upholstered with tapestry cloth of approved shade complete all as directed ( cloth of tapesry cloth shall not be less than 600/- per sqm) (Foam Make: 32 density Kurlon/sleepwell)

S & F in repairs new 12mm thick plywood bed top, BWR grade of size 1890mmx900mm along with with screws, washers, nut bolts etc as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable broken long rail and provision of new long rail of size 6'-6" made out of GI tubing 32mm dia ( med grade) and threading both end, and fixing in position complete all as directed ( make: Jindal/Tata)

Dismantling of unserviceable broken legs and provision of new legs ofsize 389mm H made out of GI tubing 32mm dia ( med grade) and threading one end, and fixing in position, the bottom of legs shall be plugged with 3mm thick MS steel sheet welded at bottom complete all as directed ( make: Jindal/Tata)

S & F in repairs 3 way elbow 32mm dia suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe and fixing in position complete all as directed

Removing of unserviceable drawer of table and supply and fixing new drawer made out of MS sheet not less than 1mm thk as per size and shape of existing drawer as directed

Removing of unserviceable MS square pipe and supply and fixing new MS square pipe made out of 25mm squarex1.6mm thick by welding complete all as shown on drawing And as directed

Removing of dents/bends and prepration of surfaces & spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing and all as directed
