Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work,jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water,blasting soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited.In all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring,strutting,planking timbering and dewatering wherever required,stacking the usable and un-useable material / soil separately and after laying, jointing of pipes returning the useable soil in trenches in trenches in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of each of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated soil un useable materials as directed within all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diverson for traffic night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for excess to houses, fencing etc.complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(Icement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and cement in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(Icement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and cement in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Ist class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and Plinth in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like.upto 200 mm thickness including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Foundation, footing,bases of column etc. and mass concrete, including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Collumn pillers,posts and struts, circular or curved portion upto 4 mtrs including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5: 3 (I cement : 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and cement and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Providing and fixing C.I Manhole cover pre-tap cement manhole cover with frame complete in all respect.

Laying ,jointing and testing of GMS pipe(Medium class) in trenches for inlet of 50 mm dia complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Laying ,jointing and testing of GMS pipe(Medium class) in trenches for outlet of 100 mm dia complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Laying ,jointing and testing of GMS pipe(Medium class) in trenches for overflow of 100 mm dia complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Laying ,jointing and testing of GMS pipe(Medium class) in trenches for scour of 125 mm dia complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and fixing C.I.Sluice valve(with hand wheel ) as per IS:780 class upto 300mm dia(including brass spindle and as per IS.2906 class-II for diameter more than 300 mm complete with nuts,bolts,rubber insertion etc). The tail pieces if required shall be measured and paid for seperately of 100 dia Kirloskar/Leader make PN-1.6 complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing, welding and fixing M.S plate flanges of 125mm dia (Nominal bore) of following flange Table conforming to ISI specification No. 6392-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments to GI pipe after every 100 meter or as per site requirement including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specification as per prescribed in relevant IS Code i.e IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with upto date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with upto date ammendments including packing sheet i.e asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticrossive paints complete in all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jamb lock jamb,beed and if reuired angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means,adjustable lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel but things 2.5 mm thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreetment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S.sheet door with frame of 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron 3.15mm M.S. gusset plate at the junctions and corners including all necessary fittings, complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.using flat 30mm x6mm for diagonal braces and control cross/pieces including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1 cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12mm thick cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand )and jointed with cement slurry ).

Providing and fixing on wall face 100mm dia. PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface ( two coats) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt ,dust mortor drops and loose scale of lime wash and other foreign matter complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finshing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacturer and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces ( Two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces to remove all dirt, dust and remain of loose powdered material in all leads and lifts and as per the dirction of the Engineer- in - charge.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1: 3: 6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including entire carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
