SCHEDULE `A' PART - XIII ( MISCELLEOUS ITEMS) :

Taking up or down UNSV ball valve 20/25/50 mm, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down submain wiring of any make/type, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down DB SPN/TPN including MCB, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting & taking down / out serviceable / Unserviceable LT cable of any size and any distribution box trenches, floorwalls etc including serviceable pipe bricks etc including excavation returning filling & removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring hole 200mm dia complete by mechnical means in any typr of soil /rocks, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F lowering and fixing 200mm dia HDPE perforated PVC pipe in easing with PVC fitting cloth, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC cowl of size 200mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage Water,excavation in any tyoe of soil, pcc 1:4:8 below foundation , RCC m-30 design mix in walls , base slab, baffle walls and roof slab includind beams etc with vent shaft , manhole opening with cover connection etc , complete with effective depth of 1.5m and overall depth of 3 meter for 50 Users.

Soakage wells excavation , in any types of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 , walls of each honey combed masonary with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover , interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.00 m dia x 4.5 mtr effetive depth.

Supply and fix desert cooler plastic body, capacity of water tank 45 litres (or higher), 3 speed motor 220- volts AC, 1350 rpm, 230-Watt (or Higher) copper wounded motor with minimum throw of 20 feet, 1500 CFM flow rate, honeycomb type cooling media, complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of masonry valve pit with burnt brick (Sub class 'B') in cement mortor (1:6) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 and PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation bed or size internally cement on 600 x 600 x 600mm with MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinged with 50X50X6 mm angle iron frame embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfacess completed including earth work all as specified and directed.

Making Hole under road/hardstanding including cutting etc with manual anger or bookie n.exc 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

S & F flushing jet for pedastal pattern WC including flexible pipe and brass chromium plated nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB Incomer distribution board double door vertical Type made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polysteror with epoxy powder coating.,TPN 6 way,415 Volts woth copper busbar rating 250 amps for each phase,dust and vermin proof and IP43 protectionfor provision of MCCB and MCBs as required at site including necessary cutting chasing and making good the the distributed sufaces complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Building Security Light with high efficient ,high power LED Street light 30 Watt with lens with pressure die cast aluminium housing and enclosedwith toghened glass IP-66 including service bracket 1.2 Mtr long by using 32mm bore GI Pipe and fixing accessories (Clips,Fasteners,Nut,Bolts etc) and colour rendering Index(CRI>70),IP20,correlated color Temprature(CCT-5700K to 6500K) PF>0.9 and voltage rated 220V to 240V etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix wall mounted Table Lamp made of steel moveable type hindge with wall with 10 watt LED Bulb complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix 50 litres vertical mounted storage water heater (Geyser) as per BEE 5-star rating, including 300 mm PVC connections, copper tank, syphon assembly, thermometer and 2 KW heating rod element with angle valve for fixing including suitable size of bolts and nuts complete all as specifed and directed.
