Bore packing: Providing necessary formwork for packing the bore using suitable arrangement (depending upon site conditions). Hanging only ceiling fan of any sweep and make and connecting up electric connection, from ceiling rose/connector to fan, including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connectior to fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan of any sweep and make and connecting up electric connection, from ceiling rose/connector to fan, including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connectior to fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250 mm including writing MES number (as per standard practice) & flexible three core copper conductor cable of suitable size for connecting with ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out old unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant Items.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured.

S&F Sub-Class B brick, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old serviceable bricks perpendicular to UG cable over the dry sand cushioning, for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100V (earthed) grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core all as per IS:7098(Pt-II), complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth work, cable cover, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100V (earthed) grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core all as per IS:7098(Pt-II) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth work, cable cover, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Taking down serviceable existing geyser from existing location by cutting, screwing, welding and store in safe custody and refixing the same by suitable fasteners including suitable plug top and connection to the board, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part- II) amount of Rs. 8,53,970.50 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
