M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and directed.

Description same all as per item No 2 above but, except brick including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old retrieved bricks obtained from item no 1 & 2 in serviceable conditions shall be used in the work.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry uncourse, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but, except stone including demolition of old stone masonery complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old retrieved stones obtained from item No 3 & 4 in serviceable condition shall be used in the work).

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry/stone walling in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering other than fare face of brick/stone masonry walls in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering fare face of brick/stone masonry walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly Plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of weather coat exterior emulsion white or tinted by the use of rollers over a coat of primer as approved complete all as specified and directed.
