M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in skirting/ dado of size 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick or as per size of floor tiles thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointd in white or coloured cement to match incl and over 10 mm thick CM in CM 1:4 complete all as spd.complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for galzed ceramic coloued tiles in verticle surfaces 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame ) not exc 1.5 sqm each including making good disturbed portion to match with adjoining surfaces and offering credit as per schedule of credit all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm single side prelam PVC sheet/wood grain painted pvc sheet reinforced with MS square tube.all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design 2 mm thick / moulded prelam PVC sheet/ 3D wood grain moulded PVC sheet polyurethane painted on the front face & 2 mm prelam PVC sheet on back face all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with mixed water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Taking down plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key in cement plaster all as specified and directed
