Note:- Spare Parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for lifting of submersible motor pump set (upto 20 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz) from exixting borewell with the help of chain pilly carefully including submersible cable GI/CI column pipe by unscrewing nuts and bolt from flange joints and staking at site and developing tube well by over pumping for tube well including lowering the submersible pump ,GI/CI column pipe and submersible cable to its original position complete after development by compressor and water shall be used only after receipt of satisfactory test result complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge. Note:- (i) Over pumping will be carried out by pumping the water at higher capacity i.e. not less than 50% above the yield of bore well. (ii) Cost of arranfing pump and compressor is deemed to be included in the unit rate Quoted complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Material and labour in repair for disconnecting of defective air compressor of any capacity including electric motor of capacity of 5 HP 3 phase 50 hz from pump house , disconnecting electrical connections from main panel and oxidation chamber as per site requirement and refixing after necessary motor hauling , rewinding , greasing,testing and seperating the unservisiveable parts, cleaning the serviceable parts, re-metalling, poloshing and re-assembling including replacement of old parts and necessary painting apply spray paint with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts required will be measured and paid separately as ''Supply only'' here in after. (ii) Cost of minor spare parts i.e. nuts , bolts and washer are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
