Providing and laying of mat finished tile flooring over 25mm thick base of cement morter 1:4 (1cement : 4 Coarse sand ) laid and jointed with white cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete.

Supply and fixing of 6mm thick china white Glazed tile 200x100mm in dado/skirting laid in 1:3 cement : sand morter finished with cement slurry jointing 7 polishing complete i/c supply of all materiald labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing Mosquito proof jali

Providing and fixing bend of required degree with access door, insertion rubber washer 3mm thick, bolts and nuts complete. 75 mmø sand cast iron S&S pipe as per IS: 1729

Supply and fixing of almonium door complete with all necessary fitting complete with all respect

Scraping old white or colour wash i/c disposal of refuse material as directed by EIC with destance of 60 meter

Finishing walls with two Apex paint of approved quality on new surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all material , labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Distempring two coats with oil bound distemper or approved brand i/c prime coat on new work

White cement based putty 1 mm thick approved brand and making smood surfaces.

Two coat enamel painting with one coat primer on new steel work

Supply and fixing granite stone i/c supply of all materials and fixing
