Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesas in walls in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (i.e. 10 + 5mm) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in walls in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions in top layer and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item.

Supply only integral water proof compound for external plaster complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Dr Fixit of Pedilite or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 3mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 5mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Identifying and marking carefully the damaged reinforced concrete by tapping with light hammer and chipping of unsound weak concrete and plaster material from slabs/beams/columns etc. with power/hand driven chisel as directed by the Engr-in-charge upto 25mm average depth including saw cutting of all edges making square shoulders of cavities complete all as specified and as directed. (All loose unsound and cracked concrete retrieved shall be removed to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited in low laying area as directed by the Engr-in-Charge) Note : Thickness shall be measured excluding plaster thick)

M&L for applying two coats of epoxy based preservative, protecting & bonding coat of zinc rich system (Nitcozinc ® primer of Fosroc and equivalent of SIKA/Dr Fixit Pidilite/krishna Conchem) as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge for old reinforcement any dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Epoxy based preservative, protecting and bonding coat of zinc rich system shall be paid for separately.

Supply only epoxy based passivating, protecting and bonding coat of zinc rich system (Nitozinc (R) primer of Fosroc and equivalent of SIKA/Dr Fixit Pidlite/Base) as approved by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Evaluation of quantity and payment shall be made for total weight of resin and hardner as per manufactured specified proportion).

M&L for TMT bars 8/10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape and welded to the existing reinforcement as additional bars to location (where original cross section of area of existing bars has reduced by more 20%) welding has to be done with minimum 20cm over lap for new and old reinforcement of any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only approved acrylic polymer SBR latex FOSROC/BASF/DR FIXIT/SIKA for bonding coat complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate shall be in terms of solid contents of polymer.

M&L for mixing and applying SBR latex modified cement mortor 25mm thick in cement sand mortar in proportions of 1:3 (1 cement and 2 graded 12.5mm size aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportions as per manufacturer instruction, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Acrylic polymer SBR latex shall be paid for separately.
