S & F energy efficient ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, Pearl ivory colour, mettalic body, 3 blade including hanging rod and connecting copper wire with PVC flexible pipe of suitable dia and down rod made of medium grade galvanised iron pipe including drlling of hole, cutting of slot etc upto nearest ceiling rose as per site and Writing Nos or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) such as "MES No …." with synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) of tint black/white complete all as specified and directed.

S & F energy efficient exhasut fan mettalic body 300 mm hdia, 1400 RPM including louvers and making hole for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300 mm to the existing wall, making good to the disturbed surface as per existing and connecting copper wire multistranded copper conductor of suitable cable of size with PVC flexible pipe of suitable dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F energy efficient exhasut fan mettalic body 450 mm hdia, 1400 RPM including louvers and making hole for fixing of exhaust fan of size 450 mm to the existing wall, making good to the disturbed surface as per existing and connecting copper wire with PVC flexible pipe of suitable dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring of any type, size and description from hard/ teak wood batten/through pipes/casing capping (light, fan, sockets and socket outlets etc) including removal of battens, pipes, plug sockets, socket outlets, switches, shades, ceiling roses, light fittings etc. complete and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS type multi stranded copper conductor, single core drawn in and including not less than 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit 'medium grade' ISI marked including all conduit accessories on surface wiring including concealed pressed steel terminal box of required size factory made with top cover of ISI Marked plastic laminated sheet of required colour for mounting switch, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm FR type PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connected to earth dolly as required at site & including chases cutting & making good disturbed surface & applying finishes to match with existing surface etc. for One light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch single pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano, single pole one way 5 Amps 240 Volt capacity flush type all as specified and directed.

S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type AC 230 volt suitable for any type of ceiling fan all as specified and directed. Note: An amount of Rs. 3190.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
