Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and compacted with surface vibrator or earth rammer, consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement, with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Pre construction Anti termite treatment for the building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment spraying chemicals and other incidental charges etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an interval of 12” to a depth of 8” in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc., as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportation etc.,. Stage: 1 Spraying Anti-termite treatment chemicals solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage-2 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution to the grade beams level spraying has to be done for the grade beams brick masonry in the super structure in contact with back fill earth. Stage-3 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. The treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling the basement after leveling operation.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and laying of ready mix for RCC M15 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 – 2000 using ordinary Portland cement with minimum cement content o 300 kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 – 1970 (2007) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming tp IS 456 – 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 11991959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 -1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 – 1979 (usual admixture – Air entraining & water reucing ) including the cost of hire charges for pump na pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer – in charge vibraors, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 – 2000, 4031 – (Part 3 & 6 )/ 1988 (2005) & (Part 2) / 1999 (2004) and 516 /1959 (2004), 4926 – 1976 (1990), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other Ok cards. Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S. angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed. Rectangular beams and floor slabs, tie beams, lintels, landing slab, loft etc.,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5(one cement, five sand) using best quality Country bricks of size 8" 3/4"x4 ¼ x 2 ¾ “ for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. In First floor

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Making retrofitting the damaged roof slab ceiling by cleaning the steel bars exposed to remove all corrosion scales, deposits and rust using emery/wire brush and cleaning to obtain and sound steel surface using with Reebaklens RR thoroughly. After complete cleaning applying epoxy based anticorrosive Nitozinc primer over the rods. Then providing and applying Nitobond FP epoxy barrier gum bonding coat on the cleaned concrete surface using a suitable brush as per the instructions of the corporation then officers. Then plastering with CM 1:3 with 12mm thick added with Nitobond SBR for polymer plastering at the rate of 1 litre for 4M2 of plastering area.

After complete cleaning applying epoxy based anticorrosive Nitozinc primer over the rods. Then providing and applying Nitobond EP epoxy barrier gum bonding coat on the cleaned concrete surface using a suitable brush as per the instructions of the corporation officers, Coast to include all materials labours tools and tackls wastage equipments, etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing white glazed European water closet of approved best quality and make with 100mm P or S trap connecting with CI pipe of 10mm dia/PVC pipe of 110mm dia with double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with C.P brass hinges,including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws,etc.,including supplying and fixing10 litres/12.5 litres of capacity PVC low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets,etc.,complete with all internal fittings such as 15mm brass ball valve wuth polythene float with brasshandle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using Indian adopter joint including all internal fittings etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing in position of best Indian make white / colour glazed eartherware lipped mouth flat back urinal of best quality and approved make of size 430mmx260mmx350mm with GI Pipe, 32mm dia bell mouth PVC Connection and waste pipe, 15mm dia GI Pipe of required length, 15mm dia GM Wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 2 Nos and fixing the urinals in position with necessary TW plugs, Clamps, Screws etc., including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition, etc., including painting the pipe with two coats of best quality approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and checked without any leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.(The Urinal should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and fixing in position wash hand basin with new one fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550x400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia metre brass chromium plated pillar tap, 32mm dia metre G.M wheel valve 15mm dia brass nipple 15mm dia nylon connection etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with pair of CI brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a primary coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the flooring with vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with self designed colour Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm and variety conforming IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar.1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required cement slurry and mortar plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary. Laying position and pointing with water resistant tile epoxy grout at the rate of 0.27 k.g /sq.m etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Dadooing walls with best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of size 150x150x6mm conforming to IS 15622 Cement Mortar.1:2 (One cement two crushed stone sand), 10mm thick with mortar plasticizer and pointing the joints with water resistant tile epoxy grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg/ sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing synthetic grey, paradise and similar varieties granite of 0.61x1.22m., 18/20mm thick in all floors for urinal partition including for labour charges for fixing and polishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pointing machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand) 12mm thick mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting, fixing and finishing Hilux Board false ceiling using best quality Hilux Board perforated tiles at the bottom of roof beam and roof slab. The ceiling to which the Hilux board false ceiling provided is to be marked in bays of not exceeding 1.20m C.C in both directions and the ceiling is to be drilled at each junctions by power driller and screwed with necessary steel. Rawl plugs of 2” long & 10mm by filling the holes with TW plugs etc. A “L” shaped G.I soffit cleat shall be tied to the rawl plug fixed to the roof ceiling An G.I hanger of size 12mm x 25mm using 24G.I sheet shall be fixed to the G.I.hanger already provided using necessary bolts and nuts and bottom of hangers and this intermediate runners are to be further supported alround the room by providing peremeter channels along with the walls to the level of false ceiling “Channels of size 20 x 25 x 20 mm using G.I sheets of 24G by drilling the walls at 45cm C/C and fixed with necessary screws and TW plugs by arranging this frame work, necessary ceiling section of “Shapped G.I Section of size 80 x 50mm specially made to receive the false ceiling board hangered from the intermediate runners already provided by means of G.I clips at 60mm c/c , so that frame work for housing / fixing the false ceiling boards shall be completed. The Hilux board of approved brand and thickness (10mm) shall be screwed to the ceiling section by means of powder coated star screws the joints of Hilux board so laid shall be covered jointing paper using specially made jointing paste/compound. Necessary cut opens for housing light fittings, speakers, etc., are to be provided at the locations specified and finished wherever necessary.(All electrical works shall completed before fixing the false ceiling boards as separate item) After completing the above process the surface of the bottom of the false ceiling shall be finished by applying necessary putty etc., and the surface shall be made to smooth and glossy. On completion of surface preparation, necessary water bound primer shall be applied and allowed to dry for a period. Until the surface is fully dried and the finishing two coats of painting with plastic emulsion paint shall be applied so that the false ceiling work is completed. All the materials used for the above items of works shall be best quality and got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before execution the finished cost shall include provision towards necessary scaffolding power supply and transportation etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats ready mixed interior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
