Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depti 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 1000 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Providing PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) concrete in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed ,placed in foundationand compacted by vibration in cluding curing for 14 days including material ,machinery and labour complete as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

MSL for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) (using 20mm gradded crushed stone aggregate) as in concrele pedestal, jacketing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, Concrete Pedestal, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter fair finish complete all as specified and directed.

MBL for TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking. bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding wire and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of polyster needle punched non woven gwotextile as filter media behind Gabion wall, behind gabion wall as per MoRTH 700 Type-III geotextile. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials labour etc. complete and as directed by EIC.

Supply and Installation of Self Drilling Anchors of 38mm/19mm diameter (OD/ID), Yield load minimum 400 kN, nut, Bearing plate (sixe 200 x 200 x 10mm), coupler for connecting bars, drill bit and full length grouting with suitable non-shrinkage admixture including all ancillary items for foundation anchoring etc. including material, machinery and labour complete as per technical specifications complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and installation of High Tensile Strength steel wire/cable mesh integrated during manufacturing with three dimensional erosion control mat having minimum tensile strength 150 KN/M with coating for corrosion resistance, 95% ZN + 5% AL (+/-1%) with 3D erosion control mat of PP having minimum mass per unit are 400 grams/Sq m extruded with steel wire/ cable mesh including top support rope, bottom support rope and all other accessories, material, machinery, labour etc. complete or equivalent/ higher system along with detailed drawings and specifications. The equivalent or higher system will be evaluated by IIT. Equivalent product meeting the specifications shall be technically evaluated and accepted.

Application hydraulically applied erosion control products by means of hydroseeding/ hydromulching using Biotic Soil Meadia and High Performance Flexible Growth Medium on the hill side and valley side slope surface erosion control by means of vegetation Hydroseeding of soil slopes using hydraulically applied erosion control products including mixing of seeds, mulch (meeting performance parameters as mentioned in technical specification), fertilizer and soil amendment products if required in hydroseeder machine with water and spraying the mixture with 100 psi pressure pump on hilly slopes on exposed soils.

Supplying and installation of Gabion facia unit with integrated tail as secondary reinforcement of length 2m that is made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped wire mesh, Mesh type 10x12 as per IS 16014:2018, having D=100 mm with tolerance of +/- 10%, wire dia ID/OD 2.7/3.7mm, Zinc + Polymer class A coated with minimum tensile strength of 40kN/m and punch strength 25kN, mechanically edged/selvedged and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, with partition at 1 m interval etc. (inclusive of supply and filling of stones) complete as per detailed technical specifications attached and as directed by Authority’s Engineer. 3m x 1m x0.5m (LxBxH)
