Removing grown-up, medium-sized plants or vegetation having a single trunk/stem diameter exceeding 50 mm (plant age not less than 3 years) from any part of the building structure, including both accessible and non-accessible areas. The work includes complete extraction of root systems, applying concentrated Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) directly into the root core/stem socket at least two (2) consecutive times with a mandatory minimum interval of 15 days between applications to prevent re-growth, and executing minor structural repairs to the masonry/concrete surface using cement-sand mortar (1:3 or 1:4 mix), including necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, clearing of debris, and complete execution as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning surface drain including removing sludge, rubbish, weeds, etc and disposal the same outside the building complex as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).
