UL 467 listed and CPRI tested copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel core electrode rod of 17.2 mm dia with a minimum coating thickness of 250 microns and length of 3 meters tested according IEC 62561-2 with min 10 years life span (the rod should be marked as per the UL certification) Model: AGE-APLI with up and down both side copper plate welded with GI 40mm tube as outer cover of electrode internally and externally covered with compound min 3X 25kgs/electrode of earth enhancing compound for each earthing pit (PROCEM) NABL certified, CPRI tested, eco friendly, tested as per the IEC 62561-7 and needs to be considered to fill the 200mm bored hole surrounding to the outer/external cover of electrode. Note for Srl item No 2.32- (a) The rate shall include excavation, earth work, removal of surplus soil, returning filling with back fill compound, etc. (b) Earthing resistance result should be confirming to the value as specified in clause 19.146.14 of SSR Part-I 2009. If the result do not confirm, then the contractor will carry out the earthing in separate location/site given by the Engineer-in-Charge after taking out of earth electrodes all without any extra cost to the Govt. (c) The contractor will provide all the required and necessary certificate(s) as per the specifications for required item(s) mentioned above from the same company before incorporating the same in the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and the rep of Company should be available at the site for the installation of the earthing as per their recommendation and specification to obtain the minimum resistance valve. (d) Test equipment will be duly tested from authorized Govt Lab/CPRI Lab and sealed by the testing authority and produce test certificate of testing equipment before testing for which no extra payment shall be borne by the Govt.

(e) Testing of earthing after completion of work will be carried out in presence of the GE, Engineer-in-Charge, rep of user and the Contractor. (f) Contractor will provide the guarantee for earthing and result for the period of minimum 05 years. (g) Copper strip beyond test point shall be measured and paid separately. (h) The item cost includes Marking Earthing Pit with white/ colored Hylam sheet/per sheet 3mm thick of size 200x150 mm fixed with MS angle iron 20X20X4 mm and .75 mtr long including painting with synthetic enameled paints 2 coats over a coat of red oxide primer fixed by means of 2 nos nuts, bolts, washer of suitable size and grout the maker nearer to the earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 of size 0.15 x 0.15x 0.15 m including necessary earth work. M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) 10 mm th cement plaster in CM 1:3 with integral WPC to be laid over the RCC roof slab when the concrete is green. (b) Applying a uniform coat of bitumen primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm over cement plaster. (c) 3 mm th plain texture and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified bitumen based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 and torch application of membrane with overlap while torching shall be 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side. after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions. (d) Apply two coats of bitumastic - aluminium paint over the membrane. complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for ATT at bottom and sides of excavation at the rate of 05 ltrs of emulsion per Sqm of surface area, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for ATT at backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of emulsion per square metre of vertical surface (area of the sub structure in contract with backfill to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for ATT at Top surface of filled earth at the rate of 05 Ltrs of emulsion Per Sq.m of surface area, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for ATT at the soil under plinth protection at the of 5 litres of emulsion per suqare metre of surface area, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for ATT treating the soil along with external perimeter of building at the rate of 2.25 ltrs of Emulsion per metre of perimeter wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional Anti-termite treatment along external perimeter wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per Sqm of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depthof 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L along the perimeter wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litresper linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole , 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match existing floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for voids using chemical emulsion one litres per hole at 300mm intervals incliding drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution ) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same ter wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @2.25 litresper linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain/ Reinforced Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed, (The rates quoted for the item are inclusive of form work), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum filling in floors or pavings , laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick,spread, levelled and blinded with eart nad rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour MS plates ,plain or chequered etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour except timber for Ist class H.W. timber scantling clean sawn as in roof, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laminated wood textured flooring in planks of 8 mm (32 crystal) with interlocking arrangement having unique glue used click system and fixed over plastic sheet of 0.2 mm and foam under layer of 2 mm complete as per manufacturers instruction and as directed. Make : PERGO or equivalent in makes as given in Appx 'C', complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured tiles 400mm x 400mm x 9 to 10mm thick of make "Johnson Endura" or equivalent as approved by GE, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, jointed and tiles to be fixed by using 6mm thick spacer and filled with matching coloured Epoxy Groute complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured Non skid ceramic tiles of size 400x400mmx8mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including rubbing and mirror polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour hand cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting and dado jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over and including backing coat of 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm, but not exceeding 1.44 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including Screed Bed 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic highlighter tiles of size 600mm x 300mm x 7 to 8mm thick of colour and pattern as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) as in vertical surface etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Provide Prime Cost Sum of Rs. 7.50 Lakh for 10 mm thick toughened glass automatic sliding doors (4 Nos) including all electrical fittings and sensors - 2 Nos (Size 2.94mmx2.40mm); 01 No (Size 2.90mmx2.40mm) & 01 No (Size 3.00mmx2.40mm).

Note :(i) Prime cost sum shall be got expended wholly or partly and work to be executed by the persons / agency nominated by Accepting Officer and ordered by GE as per Condition 5 of IAFW - 2249, GCC. (ii) The amount of Prime cost sum of Rs. 7,50,000.00 indicated above is Prepriced by MES. Bidders are requested to quote his lumpsum under col 13 in such a way that the percentage (%) worked out shall not be more than 15% (Fifteen Percent). In case the percentage worked out more than (+) 15% over the lumpsum amount inserted by MES in that case the percentage (%) will be corrected to ensure as (+) 15% only.
