Ist class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand)in all lead and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ist class half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Super Structure in Cement Mortar 1 : 4(1 cement : 4 sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reingorcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor to level complete in all respect i/c carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement of RCC work i/c bending ,binding and placing in position in complete up to floor two level in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, struting and and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ-reinforcedpropping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping concrete and plain Concrete work in :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like Floors etc. upto 200 mm thickness in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

P/F of angle iron door, window, clerestory windows manufactured from MS angle iron section of 40x40x6mm thickness including hinges jamb, lock, jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle 50x25 mm welded or rigidly welded by mechanical means, lungs withsplit end tail to each jamb i/c. steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement & shock observer as specified & applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of furface as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F of 2 mm thick MS Sheet garage door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.15 mm gusset plates at the junctions and corners,all necessary fitting complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint using flats 30x5mm for diagonal braces and central cross pieces.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angle, chamfers and or smooth with cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

P/L cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement :4 sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials complete in all respect

Providing / fixing vitreous china water closet squatting pan ( Indian type WC pan ) size 580 mm ( Earth work, bed concrete, foot rest and trap to be measured and paid for seperately (English Pattern ).

Providing / fixing vitreous china wash basin size 580 mm x300 mm complete with fittings etc.

Wiring for circuit/sub-main with following size PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed steel conduit along with 1 No.HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable of same size for earthing as required 2x1.5 Sq. mm.

Supplying and fixing following rating Modular switch /socket in the existing switch box / cover plate including connections etc. As (a) S.P. 5/ 6 Amps one way Modular switch.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tile 300x300x10 mm laid over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying non slippery spartic ceramic tiles 5.5mm thick wall tiles 300x200mm laid over12 mm th thick cement mortar 1:4 finished with flush pointing in white cement complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge. Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtrs.
