Suppply and fixing of 32X12.5 mm mini DLP trunking with flexible cover on surface including fasteners as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system using 3000 mm length, 77-80 mm outer dia copper bonded M.S. Pipe as primary electrode. The Copper bonded pipe electrodes shall be of molecularly bonding of pure electrolytic copper (99.9%). The hollow space of the electrode shall be duly filled using high conductive and non-corrosive compound to withstand fault current lands on the electrode. Both the ends of the pipe / electrode shall be permanently sealed and the top portion of the earth electrode shall be provided with extended lead holes on the terminal for connecting to the earth terminals. The earth pit shall be refilled using environment friendly low resistance grounding minerals having a combination of graphite & natural earth minerals to form a low resistance zone all round the electrode. The required quantity of water shall be poured inside the earth pit as per the OEM recommendations as required. The necessary earth chamber shall be provided using heavy duty weather proof plastic cover.

Supply & laying of 2000mm(L) x 1000mm(W) x 2mm thickness Insulating mats made of Elastomer (a generic term that includes rubbers, latex and elastomeric compounds that may be natural or synthetic or a mixture or a combination of both) the insulating mat shall be made out of elastomer with anti skid surface and without metallic derivatives. The mat shall be high dielectric strength and high insulation resistance with voltages up to 3.3kV AC as per IS15652 as required.

Supply Installation testing & commissioning of 90W LED lensed type street light pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant control driver, toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection, better optics for uniform light distribution,Luminaire efficacy of > 100 lm/W , LED light output color shall be cool day white,THD < 10 %, PF > 0.9 including GI pipe bracket for mounting of building lights/street light suitable for operation on 230V, AC supply.

Supply & drawing of 1 x 2.5 sq.mm, FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit / cable raceways / cable trunking as a earth conductor as required.

Supply of 4 C x 16 sq.mm size aluminum conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up tape, PVC inner sheathed, flat GI armoured power cable (A2XFY) of 1.1kV grade as per IS - 7098 (part-I) - 1988. as required.

Supply of 4 C x 10 sq.mm size aluminum conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up tape, PVC inner sheathed, flat GI armoured power cable (A2XFY) of 1.1kV grade as per IS - 7098 (part-I) - 1988. as required.

Supply of 4 C x 50 sq.mm size aluminum conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up tape, PVC inner sheathed, flat GI armoured power cable (A2XFY) of 1.1kV grade as per IS - 7098 (part-I) - 1988. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.

Disconnection & dismantling of existing Industrial light fixtures,Ceiling fans & exhaust fans. The dismantled items shall be shifted to central stores located at a distance of 300 meters from the site as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable recess / surface type, circuit mains / wiring, fan regulators,trunking, TPN switches, sockets of various rating & other accessories etc. all complete as required and same shall be shifted to CSIR-NAL central stores located at a distance of 300 meters as required.
