Providing repairs to the existing 17TR Precision Package AC unit of Make EMERSON including supplying, fixing and testing, commissioning of following spares including removing of faulty(if applciable) etc., as required. (a) Outdoor fan motor
(b) Bearings for blower inlcuding removing, refixing and to & fro transportation
(c) 40 amps 3 pole contactor
(d) Belts A44
(e) single phase preventer
(f) R-22 refrigerant gas charging
(g) Providing Nitrogen pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation etc., as required.
(h) Providing repairs to control card
Removing of 3.5TR compressor by pumping down the refrigerant gas from the existing conventional type PAC unit and installing the same in another PAC unit inlcuding cutting / brazing copper pipe lines etc., completely as required.
Supplying and fixing of the following accessories/ components for the exisiting 7TR PAC units including removing of faulty items, fixing of new components, testing etc., as required. (a) Rewinding of out door fan motors
(b) Relief valve
(c) Time delay timer.
(d) Condenser unit fan blade (Aluminum)
(e) PLA Relay
(f) Filter Drier circuit for 3.5TR compressor
(g) Providing Nitrogen pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation for 3.5 TR Compressor etc., completely as required.
