Supply and fixing of HI RIB roofing system manufactured out of 0.50mmTCT (Total Coated Thickness) high tensile zinc aluminum alloy coated with an alloy about 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc&1.5% silicon Precoated Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS 1397, coating class AZ 150 (min. 150 gms/m2Zinc aluminum alloy coating mass, total both side 550 Mpa yield strength) conforming to AS 1397/ASTM A792 of approved colour.Sheets to have wide pans and 28-30mm.Hi-Ribs at 200-250 mm Centers and a cover width of 1010 mm and an overall width of 1050-1060mm. Sheets shall be fixed by means or self-drilling self-tapping hot dip zinc coated climaseal polymer coated hexed fasteners of size12x14x55mm long of Roofix or equivalent. The sheets shall be supplied in custom lengths as per design and details. Sheet to be Trimdeck of TATA bluescope or equivalent. The rate shall include bending as per profiles in drawings. The colour to be approved by the consultant before installation. The contractor is to provide the sample colours for approval. Only finished measurements will be paid for. The end lap of sheet to be minimum 150mm and sealed with silicon sealant. The side lap to be minimum 50mm or as per manufacturer's specifications. Final complete executed areas will be paid for. Item to include Neoprene gasket between M.S. member and roofing sheet. Item to include making sleeves for tie member and making the junction water tight.

Removal and refixing of stone chajja 50 to 75mm thick, stone used to be similar to the existing ones at the site, cutting in proper shape and providing interlocking keys in the new as well as old stone for proper bonding including finishing the edges in all respects in lime surkhi mortar (1 lime putty : 2 surkhi).

Repairing of existing historic window/doors for hardware, rotten/ deteriorated parts. Proper fixing and making it operational with locking possibility including moulding, carving and polishing. Refer drawings for window types.

P/F of Fine dressed & machine cut edges 25 mm thick chittor/nimbahera/Gogunda/Dungarpur stone flooring over 20 mm ( average ) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone complete with grinding & polishing as per the intructions of Engineer In-charge complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing new /restoration of decorative stone door frames & architraves stone mouldings, Bends, as per existing design and details found on site. Damaged portions of the original stone part to be carefully remove without damaging adjacent areas, & replacing the same with new detail of the same size & design.and complete in all respects as per direction of conservation Architect.width and depth of stone bend up to 150 mm.

Providing and fixing stone dowels 10x5x2.50 cm cut to double wedge shape as per design in lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.

Providing & fixing ornamental (both side carved)Nimbahera/Gogunda/Dungarpur/Chittor stone Jali as per existing desing & pettern with fine finising and grained lime surki mortar 1:2 incuding all scaffolding, lead and lift complete on all respected. the expose rectangle area shall be mesured for payment at the place directed by Engineer Incharge Avg thickness of stone upto 50 mm

Providing/Carving/Fixing of Nimbahera/Gogunda/ Dungarpur/Chittor approved sand stone 2 Mt long benches with 75 mm thick pan patta dasa top fixed in stone pair as per detail drawings,design and as directed by engineer incharge complete in all respect.

Removing damage solid stone Architectural elements(Pillers stone, Plinth stone, sill stone, pannel stone,Niches etc) and Providing & fixing new stone ( plain / ornamental) in white Chittor/Nimbahera/Gogunda/Dungarpur with mechanical/ manual system carefully as per existing stone design & pattern as directed by engineer in charge complete in all respect.

Removing damage solid stone Architectural elements(Pillers stone, Plinth stone, sill stone, pannel stone,Niches) and Providing & fixing new stone ( plain / ornamental) in white Marble Stone with mechanical/ manual system carefully as per existing stone design & pattern as directed by engineer in charge complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing new Stone Ornamental Architectural elements(Mehrab, Surface pannels, Oranmental bends) in Nimbaheda/Gogunda/Dungarpur/Chittor Stone and fixed with mechanical/ manual system carefully as per existing stone design & pattern as directed by engineer in charge complete in all respect. Thickness up to 100 mm

Providing and fixing new Stone Ornamental Architectural elements(Mehrab, Surface pannels, Oranmental bends) in Marble Stone and fixed with mechanical/ manual system carefully as per existing stone design & pattern as directed by engineer in charge complete in all respect. Thickness up to 100 mm

Providing and fixing Chittor/Nimbahera stone Kangura on top of the wall as per Udaipur traditional practice and existing design pattern and size up to 450 mm height including all scaffolding, lead & lift and as per the intructions of Engineer In-charge complete in all respects.

Removal , providing and re fixing of stone inverted lamcha (lattoo) with stone base and moulded as per existing design with fine finishing in grinded lime mortar 1:2 i/c all lead and lift complete in all respect.dia - 200 mm and Height 250

Removal , providing and re fixing of stone pipe holder (for railing , flag and canopy pipes ect )moulded as per existing design with fine finishing fixing in grinded lime mortar 1:2 i/c all lead and lift complete in all respect. - 75mm thick

Providing,carving and Fixing of building signages in Nimbahada/Chittor/Dungarpur/Gogunda equivalent approved sand stone of size 750x450x50 mm.Engraving,painting of latters as per drawing and design.The signage stone shall be fixed on the building wall complete as per details and drawings and as directed by engineer incharge.
