EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 15mm bore from earth elelctrode to DBs/main switch incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25x6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test POINT made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I and connection to earth test POINT all as specified incl testing on completion. Note :- Item of Earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead 4mm size and protection pipe of 15mm bore GI light grade,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F outdoor MS box with locking arrangement of size 500x500x300mm thick with 2mm thick powder coated consisting 4 no's aluminum Bus bars of 100 Amps capacity shall be fixed with PVC / Porelain insulators and necessary drilling in bus bar for incoming and outgoing cable connections and TPN, 415 volts, 40 Amps adjustable type 1 No MS box shall be fixed with angle iron of size 50x50x10mm thick of length 1.5mtrs long -2 No's including excavation and fixing arrangements and necessary paint to angle iron 2 coat paint over on 1 coat red oxide paint.
