Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Provision for 12mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturer’s specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls @1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size of Tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead :Of area 3 sq. meters and below.

Provision for Upgradation of Toilet block by providing sanitary fixtures fitting and fixing including supply of all materials, labour and T&P articles etc. complete.

Provision for replacing of faulty & loose wiring , switch box & other electrical article by fitting & fixing new electrical wire, switch box and other article including supply of all materials, labour and T&P articles etc., complete.

Provision for providing and fixing of toilet door in aluminum frame with ACP sheet and upper side ventilation 0.20 m aluminum jali with double frame and o handle, hinges, aldrop and screw etc complete in all respect . with direction of Engineer- in - charge

Provision for water supply system to the staff quarter with syntax tank, and other accessories with all fitting and fixing including resting on vertical M.S. angle stand on a R.C.C. frame structure to height 3.20 m from ground level ( as per existing water supply system ).

Provision for fitting and fixing of ACP sheet roofing in proper slope with all nut, bolt and hooks including the cost of M.S.angle frame work by cutting, welding in size and shape wherever required, including supply of all materials, labours and T&P articles etc, complete.

Provision for providing and fixing of kitchen sink including supply of all materials, labour and T&P article etc., complete

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manualmeans over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer in-charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement :3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-Incharge

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws , 35 mm thick shutters, with ISI marked Stainless steel butt hinges bright finished of required size, Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminum windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side , having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminum spacers, desiccants, sealant ( both primary and secondary sealant ) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer - in - charge complete.

Provision for providing of necessary item in door and window etc.

Providing and laying six courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first, third and fifth courses of blown or / and residual bitumen applied hot at 1.45, 1.20 and 1.70 kg per square metre of area respectively, second and fourth courses of roofing felt type 2 grade I (fibre base self finished bitumen felt) six and final courses of stone grit 6 mm and down size or pea sized gravel spread at 6 cubic decimeter per sqm including preparation of surface, excluding grading, compete.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.
