Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as specified.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 M and deposing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specifiedand as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling, sub base and mass concrete filling, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius, using old sise bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and fair with using WPC @ 2% by weight of cement (Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even andfair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on Ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span in cement concrete (1:1 1/2 :3) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete as in landing slabs in cement concrete (1:1 1/2 :3) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate incl necessary form work, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel 10 mm dia tmt bar and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent in shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc.

All as per item No 13.00 here-in-before but mild steel tmt bar 6mm to 8 mm dia.

Use & waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, Chhajja, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Use & waste Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs,flat, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) fair finished complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/Hard Standing, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coat distemper oil emulsion over 3 mm thick wall care putty on walls as levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick of approved shade granite stone (Zed Black) (Superior quality) slab (table rubbed and polished as in floors, jambs, steps, cooking platform, shelves etc and the like, over creed bed incl pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust iwth admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster surfaces applying two coats of weather proof paint epex altima over 3 mm wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new ceiling plaster surfaces applying two coat coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the new plastered surface and providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (b) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster fibre as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with 15 cm end over laps & 10 cm side over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (c) M&L for finishing of top surface by applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.
