SCHEDULE 'A' PART X (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

(A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for point wiring (concealed) in and including rigid non metallic PVC heavy duty conduit, 20mm dia/suitable size as per site requirement including cutting chases for conduits sinking for boxes for concealed conduit wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable with flush type metal boxes modular type suitable for fixing modular switches sockets fan regulator etc with white or any colour cover plate with brass screw cap washer and including PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm as an earthwire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification & as specified for the following :- (Rated deemed to be including mounting concealed boxes and modular cover plates)

(a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One fan, wall fan, Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch

(c) One bell point controlled by one switch.

(d) One light point controlled by 2, two way switches.

(e) One 3 pin 5 Amp switch socket outlet point on independent board.

All as per item No 10.001 hereinbefore but for socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board with cable size of 2.5 sqmm and earth continuity conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing surface & wall mounted LED batten 4'(feet) long with extruded aluminium housing and robust construction 20 W with electronic driver, suitable for 240 volts AC input, and prewired with copper wire to be connected with the ceiling rose complete with hanging arrangements with all accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing surface & wall mounted decorative ultra slim linear LED lightining fixture with co extruded polycarbonate body environmental friendly energy efficient 9/10 W, with electronic driver suitable for 240 volts AC input with copper wire to be connected with the ceiling rose complete with hanging/fixing arrangements with all accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing building security light LED aesthetically designed IP 65 protection complied to IEC 60598 and IS 10322 high power LED cool white, with integral driver, 25 Watt power consumption pressure die cast aluminium body including reduced glare impact resistant polycarbonate cover prewired complete with light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm OD 1.2 mtrs long bent to shape fixed with two set of clamps made out of FI 40x6mm with, nuts, bolts, washers including painting of the same with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep single phase 230 V 50 Hz copper wound including condenser, connector, canopy, down rod, clamps, etc. complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable complete as per BEE standard 3 star rating ISI marked, white colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Exhaust fan 300mm sweep with louver complete with connection including making hole, grouting bolts finishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing MCB SPN 16 to 32 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA, C series single phase 240 volts including making connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA B series single phase 240 volts including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring (concealed) complete for security light fittings with Two single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 20 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories including one single run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed. NOTE:-3 runs of wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring (concealed) complete for MCB DBs with Two single core 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories including one single run of 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed. NOTE:-3 runs of wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in concealed 2x6 Sqmm + 1x6.0 Sqmm earth wire including PVC conduit of size 25mm dia (For flood light) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-3 runs of wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in concealed 2x2.5 Sqmm + 1x2.5 Sqmm earth wire including PVC conduit of size 25mm dia (For Bell light) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-3 runs of wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply & fixing MCB DB SPN 2 way IP-43 double door concealed in wall with MCB SPN 32 Amps 01 No I/C including necessary connection lugging with copper lugs pin/Ring type making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface/wall complete all as specified and directed. (For flood light on tower)

Supply & fixing energy saving LED flood light fitting of 150 W capacity high pressure die cast alumunium housing with seal toughned glass cover light source should be multi LED SMD array with individual secondary lences, colour temperature 6000 K + 500 K. system efficacy should be minimum 100 Lumens/watt and minimum system lumen package of 15000 lumens as LM 79 operating voltage range 120-280 Volts IP 66 THD less than 10 % company logo make should be embosed on the housing of the luminaire, surge protection minimum 5 KV with flash indication, Driver should be potted/ CE certified/ R certified and driver efficiency 85 % complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick, buried directly to ground (vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to Galvanised iron wire of 4.00 mm diametre earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI or steel including excavation , PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia bar, 3 nos. both way, 15mm dia light grade GI protection pipe , funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of size 20mm dia medium grade, Lugs, main earting lead upto 7.5m including charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown under electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I 2009 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

(B) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material & Labour for cutting the existing GI pipe of 80 mm bore , supply and fixing the tee of 80x80x20 mm size including making thread etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

(C) EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made LT panel board outdoor type LT disribution switch gear and control gear, leg mounted, totally enclosed, cubical type modular compartment , dust and vermin proof with neoprene gasket, fabricated out of CRCA sheet of thick ness not less than 3.00 mm inner sheet fabricated out of CRCA sheet of thickness not less than 2mm, CPRI approved complete with bus bar chamber having openable front and rear shutters with suitable locking arrangement of shutters, duly powder coated shade No RAL 7032 after washing with RR-10 chemical for rust profing including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate foundation raised base complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge of the following components:-

Material and labour for boring of holes under road,pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4MPa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron steel earth plate electrode 600x600 x6mm thick and burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth plate with GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point complete, all as specified and indicated including testing on completion and PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 in cement concrete including 50 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 2 Nos lifting handles of 12 mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnels & wire mesh for watering and 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for GI pipe bracket, made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe, fabricated into shape and size as required, not less than 1.2 metre long complete with 02 Nos MS clamp of MS flat iron 40x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washer complete all fixed on poles/ walls, in repair nuts,washers including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 255x355x122mm fixing on pole/wall with MS clamps/MS flat iron of size 25 x 4mm (as per site requirement) nut bolts,washer, glands including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

(D) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Construction of septic tank for 10 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc., complete all as shown on drawing and all as specified.

Construction of 1.2m dia x 3m effective depth Soakage well including excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 Design Mix concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM (1:6), RCC cover slab in M-25 Design Mix/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats complete all as specified and as directed.
