Dismantling roofing including ridges , hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of Asbestos sheet

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above

Dismantling wooden ballies in posts and struts including stacking within 50metres lead.

Fixing wood work in rafters, purlins and post by means of wire nails /nuts and bolts etc. all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. Cat- II A (The timber required for the work shall be provided by the department & the contractor shall quote the rate excluding the cost of timber)

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. ISA 75 X 75 X 6 mm

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete. Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges

Providing and fixing 15cm wide, 120 cm overall semicircular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40 x6 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2
