PROVISION OF SMART METER AND METERING SYSTEM IN MAP QTRS AT GARDEN CITY AND ASHOK NAGAR UNDER GE DEHU ROAD

Supply and Installation of Smart Single Phase Meter with the following specifications: • AC Single Phase Two Wire, Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10-60A conforming to IS-16444 and relevant IEC standards with 4G cellular communicationwith default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features,Microprocessor and LCD based circuitry with polycarbonate box. • Meter Should support the following data : 15/30 min instantaneous data for Voltage, Current, Power factor, Power, Cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing data & antitamper features. Load survey data for 45 days with 30 min integration period for kWh,Voltage, Current, frequency etc. • Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software & shall show balance on display • The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software MAKE: HPL, Himachal Energy, Secure Note: (a) It would be possible to run the meter in both prepaid and postpaid mode (b) The meters would carry 5 year warranty from the date of supply (c) OEM shall have own NABL accredited lab for testing meters as per IS 16444 and certification shall be provided during sample approval. OEM shall have supplied more than 10k meters as per IS 16444 to any utility and PO/performance certificate copy shall be provided without which approval shall not be granted.

Outsourcing of services for operation, manning and operation maintenance to smart metersat MES premises and all related equipments as mentioned below including the keepingequipments in healthy condition by employing 01 x trained Skilled in shift 9 AM to 5 PM orany 8 hours shift as directec by Engr-in-charge (Except on sunday & holidays) havingknowledge of operation of smart prepaid meter including carrying out all daily maintenanceand reports all as directed by GE/Engineer-in-charge and as per Indian electricity rule /engineering practices & maintaining properly the protective instruments complete in goodcondition and all maintenance records, break down records, by providing with adequatedetails comprising of following items & equipment and comprising the pre-paid meters atmilitary station all as specified to the entire satisfaction of GE/Engr-In-Charge. (Manning & operation will be applicable for 60 Months including defect liability period (DLP)from the date of completion of work.) & it shall include following scope of maintenance: (a) Single phase & Three phase prepaid smart meters (b) Meter data management connectivity (c) Computer, printer (d) SIM cards All miscellaneous charges shall be included in the scope. No separate charges shall be paid to contractor in this regard during contractual period in this regard.
