Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using Emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275Kg/sqm. On the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all taxes, material, labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification no. 503 and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.60mm aggregates including mixing in a HMP, laying with Paver Finisher & Rolling with a three wheeled 80-100KN Static R0ller capacity, finished to required level & grades Bitumen VG 10 @ 14.6Kg/10sqm. area for premixing including all taxes, material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification no. 508 and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat type ''B'' sealing the voids in a bituminous surface P.C. Surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using with coarse sand of Haridwar Quarry@ 0.06 cum per 10sqm. With bitumen VG-10@ 6.80 KG/10sqm including heating of bitumen to the required temperature and including all material, labour & T&P etc. as per clause 510 case-III of MORD Specification and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Synthetic enamel painting in two coat on old surface of Kerb stone edging of the road including cost of all material, labour T&P etc. For complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing solar Powered Road Studs(Rectangular) of size not less than 100mmx100mmx10mm (with 8 super bright LEDs for long visibility from distance greater than 800 m) having twin shank and body made of aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280 and water resistance as per IP 65 in accordance with IS 12063:1987

Providing and applying 2.5 mm road marking strips(retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
