SPL REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT OF BLOCK NOS 5, 12, 17, 18, 19 20 AT DAD RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX UNDER GE(SOUTH) BANGALORE

Dismantling of old water proofing tretment and roof tiling including screed bed and cleaning the surface with wire brushes removing dust , foreign material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) admixed with cement mix plus (Integral liquid water proofing compound) @ 200 ml / bag of cement to the required slope complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Admixture shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof / kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered admixed with Premium SBR based polymer advanced latex plus @ 1 ltr per bag of cement used complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Repair the concrete whatever damaged and coving of 100 x 100mm shall be made at vertical and horizontal junction. 2. Admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Admixture "Premium SBR based polymer Advanced latex plus" complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on floor / roof surfaces mixed with WPC @ 200ml per bag of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under : (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986. (b) APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS 16540 / 16532-2017, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80Kg per sqm reinforced polyster / HMHDPE matte black finish over compatible primer. (c) Applying of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg per Sqm over APP membrane. (d) Finish the top surface with solar reflective bituminus aluminium paint @ 0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified.

Removal of vegetation growth etc on external surface of walls or on roof top upto four storied building by taking all necessary precaution to the workers and also the adjacent govt properties including digging out of filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finishing the surface to match adjacent surface after application of suitable chemical using " break" manufactured by M/s denocil company or equivalent to avoid re growth of the vegetation and removing the debris to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed ( Any damage to the adjacent govt properties like glass windows, pipes lines etc to be made good without any extra cost for plants girth not exc 5cm)

All as per item no 13 above, for plants girth exc 5cm and n exc 15cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc to a distance upto 5.0Km total distance, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination to out side the MD land as per own arrangement of the contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 litres and n exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position (Cleaning repairing etc measured seperately ) complete all as specified and as directed.
