Electrical woks to be carried out at various schemes namely Markundal Yechgeeru Kartargund sounburn and Drejplot

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 200 HP (L&T/Bentex make) or equivalent OISD Starter, mechanically operated, working on 415±10% AC voltage supply, 50HZ, working on star delta principle. The starter shall be fitted with heavy duty copper bush rods 6 nos. 3 for incoming and 3 no’s for outgoing, and auto tripping system. The starter shall be fitted with heavy duty copper points 24nos, both moving and fixed. The complete assembly shall be housed in a suitable container fabricated out of MS sheet not less than 14 gauge, with easy inspection cover. The starter shall be first filled with starter oil (upto required level) of high grade and low viscosity. The starter shall be mounted with nuts and bolts for proper fixing on panel board etc and tested on full load at site. Job includes p/f of required no. of suitable size copper thimbles for connecting of incoming and outgoing cables with the starter. The Starters are to be fitted at LIS Markundal Drought.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 400 ampere, 3- pole, 415V, MCCB having 50 ka breaking capacity at below mentioned schemes. The MCCB shall be of standard quality conforming to latest ISI standards of make ABB / L&T/ Schneider/ Havells/ CG or Equivalent.The MCCB shall be complete with magneto thermal over load protection system of suitable range. Job includes providing/fitting of suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers required for fitment of MCCB on the panel board of pump house. Job further includes providing and fitting of 120 mm2 or as required as per site conditions, 06 no. copper thimbles by way of proper crimping of cable termination ends, to connect incoming and outgoing cables. All the tools and tackles like hand drill with drill bits and crimping tool etc. required for completion of the job is to be arranged by the firm. The MCCB shall be tested on full load after proper installation. The job shall be carried out by engaging highly skilled labourers well versed with the job of installation and testing of MCCB′S. The jobs are to be carried out at LIS Sournburn, LIS Markundal Unit 4. .
