Firm should be OEM or their authorised dealer. In case firm is not OEM, firm should upload valid authorisation from OEM else the offer will be summarily rejected.

Firm should have supplied 20% of the tendered item or similar item like Tamper Evident Metallic Security Seals or Metal Strip Seals or High Security Metallic Seals manufactured from equivalent metallic material as per specification of tamper proof metallic seal attached with the tender intended for securing railway wagons, freight containers, cargo vehicles, tankers, utility meters or other applications requiring tamper-evident sealing to any railway in past 3 years from date of tender opening. For proof of supply to any railway CRAC/CRN copy to be uploaded compulsorily. For supply to any other Govt agency satisfactory performance letter signed by Officer of the user department to be uploaded as proof of supply else the offer will be summarily rejected.

Firm should upload signed copy of technical specification attached with the tender and also attached the signed copy of drawing of item attached with the tender to show compliance to the same. In case of any deviation, firm should upload their detailed signed specification copy for evaluation else the offer will not be considered.

Firm should upload an undertaking stating no Purchase Order issued to them by any Govt agency including Indian Railway is cancelled on account of non supply in last 1 year from date of tender opening. Offer without this document will not be considered.

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

Have you read and accepted tender conditions?

Have you furnished the statement of deviations [preferably nil]?

Have you attached any performance statements separately?

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers. Other conditions will be as per attached tender document.

The criterion for evaluation of offers or deciding inter-se position of bidders shall be the all-inclusive rate received item- wise and or consignee wise for multi items or single item with multi consignees and as per tax regime as applicable on the date of tender opening for evaluation of offers to determine inter-se ranking position i.e. L1, L2, L3 etc

To be delivered at concerned destination. Delivery at single point is not acceptable. In case, tenderer quote for delivery of entire tendered quantity to one consignee against Railway's requirements of delivery to multiple consignees. such offer shall be considered valid only for quantity required as per tender schedule by the consignee to whom delivery is offered by the tenderer and it shall be considered that there is no offer for remaining consignees

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]

Firm to submit MSME/NSIC registration certificate if any as per para 13 of SWR Tender Booklet.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
