Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 Sqm & depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc,& Applying evenly a priming/tack coat on black top surfaces at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense asphaltic concrete 50 mm thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weeight of total mix. Rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

Painting with hot thermoplastic road marking materials conforming to Ministry of Surface transport (MOST) specifications 803.4 as laid down in the "Specification for road and bridge work"Third revision, over primer as per manufacturer's instruction including glass beads (Intermix) type-I MOST/BS 6088A and provisions contained in IRC-35-1997, width of road marking strips not less than 10cm and thickness not less than 3mm, complete all as specified and directed

Dual directional reflective speed breaker/rumble strip plastichigh impact resistant ABS body of size 275X150X32 mm having 6glass large 12 mm dia reflector lenses to one side (12 No on both sides) provided with two steel zinc plated nails of 12 mm and of length 20 mm for fixing ot rooad by hammering. Make: Cat part No .007-02 of greenlite Pvt Ltd.

Taking out existing Road cat any type and supply and fixing Road cat eye of ABS Material (with nail) of size 100mm x 100 x mm x 20mm with 21 glass beads each side cat eyes complete all as specifed and directed. Make: Cat No 01-01 of Green Lite or equivalent in Dark eye.

Taking out existing solar road cat eye any type and supply and fixing Solar cat eye, dual directional, solar rod stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/yellow to a side (total 06 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125 x 125 mm or 120 x 130 mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy LEDs solar cells battery and light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof system, workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed. Cat Part No GPL-03-01 of Make:GREENLITE or equivalent as approved.

Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm, laying bituminous premixed carpet, 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 0.41 cum of stone chipping mixed with 21.90 kg of binder of paving bitumen, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber including premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum for sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied & rolled a uniform smooth surface, using 8 to 10 tonne power roller for premixed carpet and sand seal coat, complete all as specified and directed (Note : Hot mix plant and mechanical paver shall be used).

Material and labour premix bitumnous, macadam minimum 50 mm thickness laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 4% binder content with power roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow including prepration of new surfaces to receive the painting complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick /stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 13.00 but except stone.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mmm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on walls of stone masonry finished the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggts as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and manhole not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new of previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
