Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,footpath, aprons or in shelves, platform etc bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick GRANITE (of any type) work (Table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick GRANITE (of any type) work (Table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (But not backing ) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permisses, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as DADO etc, size 450x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, incl 10 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 as bedding layer of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (Square /Rectangular) polished light shade or any shade , area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in FLOOR etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match, including 20 mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick sand cushion under layer of floors tilescomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 300mmX300mm X10mm thick high traffic paver tiles (coloured) joint free as in floor of and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the surface laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with gray cement and pigment (glossy finish rubber moulded) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg)as in road path hard standing etc laid in panels in,path & pavement by making impression of expanded metal formwork as required and finishing the surfaces of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in laid to slope in bays and finishing the surfaces of concrete topping fair and even and exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering laid in panels with and including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces in walls in Cement Mortar 1:4, by using WPC, finished surfaces even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of over chalk whiting on plastered surfaces preparatory to distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applyig two coat of cement based paint over a Coat of approved Primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a layer of 1 mm thick (average thickness) plaster of paris on wall surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment over wall surfaces by scrapping down, scrubbing and washing with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed..

Preparing New Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, making slop/ gradient required on roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 ,finished even and smooth withot extra cement on RCC roof by using @ wpc 3% by wt of cement roof slab with all as directed by Engr in charge. ( WPC to be measurted separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, confirming to IS and as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying evenly a coat of Blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying a layer APP based Polymeric membrane, 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 Kg/Sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighnig not less than 150 gms/Sqm by Torch application.
